A friend of mine had nothing but problems with this place! They may seem all nice and up to par but in reality they’re just a bunch of stuck up, nose in the air, know it alls! They’ll happily take your hard earned money… but when it comes to actually doing their job which is to nurture and educate these children, their effort and compassion is completely non existent!

Updated review, today was my son’s last day at adventure school. It was an abrupt end, unfortunately. Since the last review I left(about a month ago) a few incidents have taken place. My son came home with a huge injury on his stomach, about two inches in length and about a solid inch in width. No one seemed to know what happen, but it was apparent that it was a burn of sorts.(For an unrelated incident, I needed to take my son to the ER that same evening, I was thoroughly question by the nurses and MD about what the injury on his stomach was. The best I could tell them was that it happened at school and no one knew what caused it, it was very uncomfortable for me as a parent!) The next day, I called the school and made it clear that I needed to know what happened. Later on I was told that it was a dinosaur, which is what my son said from the start, «my friend hit me with a dinosaur.» Truthfully, I don’t think anyone knew what happened. Another incident happened when I was picking my son up and witnessed two kids playing unattended and ripping up the carpet. They were also picking up the table and the one little kid hurt his finger. Again, no supervision. Flash forward to today, and I get a call saying that I need to pick my son up because«he is having a hard day and he won’t stay on his mat at nap time and encouraging other kids to get up and misbehave.» REALLY? You don’t think it’s just the other kids wanting to get up as well? I’m so sure my kid is encouraging them to get up with him… Yeah right. Again, these people have always made it clear that they don’t want my kid around. He is an extremely special young man and very bright and very out going. Why they don’t want to give him the time of day is beyond me. Though it is literally breaking my heart, I made the decision today to pull him out of this school. I went to pick him up and he was sleeping. I had to wake him up from his nap! Because these people didn’t want him there! The owner called me before I actually got there, from a blocked number, and left some bogus voicemail about«I’ve interacted with your child and I’ve seen him with the teachers and I have some tools you can use and advice.» That woman better never call me nor speak my child’s name EVER. This was the biggest disappointment because for so long I waited and waited to take my son here, thinking it was this amazing place for kids. And here I sit with tears coming down my face because it became so blatantly obvious today how much he wasn’t wanted there. When I told the director that today would be Austin’s last day she said«okay» and I said, «clearly that’s what you guys want, I mean I had to rush over here to pick my son up when he’s sleeping.» Silence from her. Save yourself the upset and go somewhere else.
