Every time i go in to buy meat, the chicken they have on sale is rotten. Ive gotten spoiled chicken 3 times in the last few months. When I complained and told the guy they had spoiled chicken on the shelf, to the Meat guy he didnt care and continued what he was doing. Complained to the manager and he said he would check it out, went back a week later and sure enough, spoiled chicken on sale again. Its so close to home but now i will choose to get my shopping done elsewhere!

i like this store for the most part they try to take care of their customers. Today they must have been a visit since all department heads were talking about how they got graded mot good and how how upset they were. I just thought the person is doing his job since I ‘ve come from an area manager position. Cashier(Cathy) saw a line and helped me right away with a smile. Love the chicken but the crew was scrubbing it down

Albertsons. Oh, Albertsons. No gluten-free bread anywhere in the store. Ever. Ever. Everrrrrr. Not in the GF section. Not in the frozen foods aisles. Customer service says«I know I’ve seen it somewhere, at some point.» Sad day for ShaeNaeNae and all of her autoimmune challenged comrades. No dairy-free yogurt or ice-cream, either. And no organic fruits and veggies. If it were 1996, it would be OK. But it’s not. News flash — it’s 2014. Everybody and their mom has some kind of food allergy. And just cause we can’t eat what everyone else does, doesn’t mean we don’t want to be naughty sometimes — give us our gluten-free/dairy free treats! And while you’re at it, get some more staples for the special peeps too, or you’re gonna pay the price! I love Albertsons for so many reasons — awesome parking, great prices, but they get an «F» for anyone who doesn’t follow the Standard American Diet(SAD).

In Tucson the major player in grocery seems to be Fry’s. I was more than happy to discover this Albertsons-Osco less than I mile from home because the prices here trounce Fry’s every time. And by trounce I mean beat, then step all over them doing a victory dance. To make this even better, you are able to get all these savings as just a first-time customer off the street. No fancy club card required, no supplying the company all your pertinent information, just honest, lower prices. I’m the type of shopper that goes to the store when I’m hungry(instead of buying a month’s supply of food at a time), so I’m in here a lot and most of the cashiers are now familiar faces to me. The staff here are always on point, friendly, and helpful, and it’s cool to go in somewhere and be greeted by people who have gotten to know you a little bit. Also, the one time I’ve used the pharmacy my wait was 20 minutes max, which is pretty quick for that sort of thing. Bottom line, come here to find things cheaper with no club card required.
