I was there to make a payment for someone else, then when they ran my card, I noticed I have the wrong card and I forgot my credit card at home. I apologized and excused my self to go home and come back to make a payment. The employee told me, I can’t leave the store now because they already paid to Tellcell America before she ran my debt card. She went to the back and the owner of the place came out to tell me, because of people like me, he have lost lots of money. And I better come out with the money or he was going to call the police on me!
I was in a hurry to a business meeting, so I had to leave my debt card and my IPhone6 in guarantee of me coming back to take care of the «debt»
They were rude, they made me feel like a criminal, and as long as I can, never ever will come back to this business for no reason at all!
It was a horrible experience to me!
