I had tried to complete a printing project, that seemed relatively simple, at FedEx for about a week. FedEx would not assist, making me jump through hoops even when the proper documentation (in my opinion) was provided.
Mike at Alphagraphics was amazing. I explained my situation and he was genuinely eager to help me. I brought my project to him on Monday and it was completed and ready for pick up by Wednesday. I thought this was brilliant — and it was completed perfectly (correct size, color, format, etc.)
The bonus to this all is the completed project was $ 40 less at Alphagraphics. Thank you Mike and thank you Alphagraphics for satisfying the customer in a way rarely seen today.
