The eye dr was very warm, welcoming & informative. This was the first time where I got a pair of glasses that I felt was really going to work for me and not just be a necessary but irritating accessory. I was a bit nervous to begin with knowing ahead of time I was going to need bifocals at the very least. They could have very easily taken advantage and recommend a ton of added «essentials» but they did not. As a matter of fact they let me know when I inquired about trifocals for computer use that although they would work for me, at the level my eyesight had changed (for the worse) I would probably be much happier with the bifocals and could avoid the unnecessary extra cost for progressive lenses which made me extremely happy as I could then use the extra money for transitional lenses as I am light sensitive (which can be a pain living in the desert if you like being outside all the time as I do.
The lady that helped fit my glasses was friendly and very accomodating. She also let me know any time I needed them adjusted, they do it at no charge! (Which I have already taken them up on)
I took one star off only for the attitude of their one male salesperson whose attitude was so poor, it almost ruined the entire experience for me. Almost. Everyone else was just that awesome and even though they said 2 weeks to get my glasses, they called in a week!

After many, many weekends of hitting up optical places around T-​town, we finally found the mecca of optical-​ness. This is the place where great service meets up with great selection/​prices for the ultimate eyeglass buying experience. For a small store they have a rather large selection of cool frames at seriously reasonable prices. They have some designer frames, some run of the mill frames and some unusual, won’t-find-anywhere-esle frames. The lenses are some of the most advanced that the eyeglass world has to offer.
On this occasion we were shopping for the husband. We narrowed it down to 4 frames and then engaged the staff to help make the final selection. They offered advice on fit and style, durability and how the frame would work with his prescription. Overall helpful and friendly and just a joy to work with.
I did wander over to the girly frames a couple of time and the selection there was just as good. I’ve got my eye on a couple options for this summer.
They said it would take up to 14 days for the finished product but called within a week. This made the husband super happy since he was able to pick them up before we went out of town for the Memorial Day weekend.
Is your prescription out of date? No problem. There is an optician on site so go ahead with picking out the perfect frames and set an appointment for the exam.
We bought frames here several years ago as well, but somehow over time I had forgotten about the selection they offered. I recall that buying experience was just as good as this time around.
Note to self: Go here first next time!
