An Elegant Smile

Excellent customer service along with a professional, friendly staff was exactly what I was looking for when I had my initial visit last week. Changing dentists can be stressful but I felt comfortable with Dr. Brian, Sam, Carol and the front office staff. All my questions were answered and I was very satisfied with my entire experience. Thank you!

If I could give them zero stars I would! They staff is very rude and unprofessional. The doctors and hygenist are perpetually late and it serious throws a wrench in your schedule because its not a 5 to 10 minute delay sometimes it 30 – 45 minutes or more! I’ve had to walk out (on more than one occasion) after waiting over an hour and being told it would be at least another 30 – 40 minutes. The doctors are always pushing products like whitening trays, mouth guards, etc. It makes you feel like your dentist is a pushy car sales man and its annoying. Not all doctors are the same, but you won’t get the chance to know that because you will see a doctor once, maybe twice, before they have moved on to a new practice. It’s seriously a launch pad for new dentists or people who didn’t know any better than to accept a position here. The turn over is incredible! I will give them credit for having some nice diggs. The office is nicely decorated, they have all the bells and whistles when it comes to equipment and technology, buts its a shame that the company doesn’t make the same investment in ensuring a great experience.

Was the worst dental experience ever. I made it clear to the staff that if my insurance could not pay in full for a crown this year. That I wanted to wait until next year. They lied to me and said that the Insurance would pay for it. So, now I have a bill for about $ 600.00. And the work that they did was horrible. I asked that a sharp edge be removed from a tooth. The sharp edge was removed with allot of enamel. A dental assistant wore gloves that tasted like feces. And the same Dental assistant left me sitting in the chair waiting while she ran around outside trying to get a good cell phone signal. When I complained to my insurance company they lied about what happened. Never go here!!!

The receptionist was rude (did not smile or greet us) and we had to wait an hour past our appointment time even though there weren’t any other patients in the office. For the most part the other staff members were friendly, but the dentist was obviously annoyed that our procedures went past their closing time (which would not have happened had we had been seen on time). We tried to book an appointment to see the hygienist, and the next available date was three months away! The biggest disappointment was when we came back a few weeks later during regular business hours to pick up our whitening kits. The office was closed, without so much as a note on the door! We had to drive out of our way AGAIN the next day. Just a bad experience overall.
