Gave this place a try after getting multiple recommendations. Dogs that I saw looked great, so I set up an appointment for both our dogs. First the place was very busy (no biggie had an appointment), but they were able to get my first dog done in a very reasonable time given that he is a hand full at the groomer, knowing he is difficult we expected to pay more, but price was reasonable. Only issue with this experience was they cut him on both ears and didn’t inform us of the injuries. Just cleaned it up, didn’t actually notice the cuts until he ripped off a scab and it was bleeding everywhere. Our second dogs appointment was easier, she is much easier to work with, but they did cut her as well and charged us even more for her cut then our larger and more difficult dog. It also seemed liked they rushed through her cut, didn’t seem like they cleaned her up throughly. Would have really liked to be informed that they cut our dogs so we could keep on eye on their injuries to avoid any infections. Also explain the prices per dogs prior to services.

Good results. Nice people. Good price. Sometimes miss small details. But still the only place that I trust with my dogs.

I took my Australian Shepard to them and they asked me the specifics of what I wanted done and how short they wanted me to go and we’re very knowledgeable. They took the time to take a care of my fur child and he came out great! I was very pleased with the cut, nail trim and he smelled great! I will be a great returning customer and they have GREAT prices for the services they provide !

I took our two labradoodles here for the first time. My husband is very picky about the cut, and the team did a fantastic job! Best part… my doodles were completely at ease in the shop. This is our new ‘go to’ groomer…

My dogs were smelling kinda funky. I called And Toto Too and they were cheaper than the usual place I take them to, so I decided to give them a shot.
I have two shorthair dachshunds, they don’t require haircuts but still need all of the other pampering. I dropped them off and the employees were pleasant. They called when they were ready. The dogs smelled great and looked clean. I will definitely take them back again in the future.

Took my Boston Terrier (Sam) in yesterday to trim her nails. Very prompt service. Patty greeted me and was so nice, and accommodating. Josh did a great job and handled Sam gently as if she were his own dog. Josh made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, answered all my questions, and was very professional/​friendly with me as well. Toto’s is completely affordable for someone like me, being on a fixed income. I love this place. I will definitely become a regular client and highly recommend it !!! The location is great too.

Brought my corgi-​border collie mix in today and they did a great job. Another place had totally disregarded my directions and gave Gus a very short haircut. We are from Seattle and he needs his coat against the cold rain. Toto did just as i requested and we will return next fall. Good prices too!

I love this place. Not only did they get me in right away, Jessica did a wonderful grooming job in my dog. He looked perfect. I have taken my dog to two other places in Tucson and they didn’t come close to the excellent job that Jessica did. And she treated Toby wonderfully! The prices are excellent and I have found a great place where I will always take my dogs for grooming!

Very prompt service, I was able to book an appointment for the day I called. The store has a sweet, grey kitty running around as well as a big, grey poodle and multiple caged birds. Large, friendly environment. Maybe they could sweep a little more, yes I know it’s a grooming salon…
Staff was very friendly and accommodating to my requests. Charlie came back knot free, nice even cut and a cute bandana. I will definitely return.
