I placed a mirror on hold and was not able to get back that day to pick it up. The next day I called to see if it might still be available and was grateful to find it was. I stated I was on my way to come get it. When I got there the same afternoon I was told that it was sold! Then I was told I could have paid for it over the phone when I called. I would have done that if that had been offered to me. But it wasn’t. Very thoughtless and unkind in my opinion. I won’t go back.

They have great stuff here. But the manager Jennifer is so rude. It was obviously an inconvenience for us to buy stuff from her and her attitude changed the energy of our experience.

The people working at Annabell’s were wonderful. Very attentive, item selected was delivered next day. Delivery guys were very polite. No problems. So they 3 stars? Well, being new Tucson, I wasn’t aware that there are way better deals and prices — many in fact! It seemed pricey to me when I purchased, but, they were having a 15% off, and wouldn’t give me overnight to think about it — a get it now, or tomorrow price will higher — non –negotiable. So, I gave in … but after seeing other 2nd hand stores plus new furniture, I now know that overpaid for my used sofa($ 500 plus tax and delivery). I won’t go there again, only because of the prices.

This store has lost their concept of reality. You are a resale shop. Most of the items that are current and not an antique are so grossly overpriced I have no idea how anyone is able to afford any thing in this store. You can buy so many of the items for new cheaper. Some on the antiques are fairly priced it most of them are very over priced. The customer service was horrible we walked around the store for 20 mins and not one employee said one word to us. So highly disappointed in this store.

I just love browsing through antique stores as well as second hand stores like Goodwill etc. The place is pretty large and has lots of nooks and crannies awaiting the shopper. Compared to a lot of the similar shops this one seemed more dusty and uncared for. We saw an oil painting that was pretty nice for $ 20.00 bucks. The frame was a little tacky but it really is pretty cool. They have lots of furniture like dining rooms really out dated and just plain old looking. Jewelry, china etc. I asked the help about the painting and she said that she knows nothing about ART. Thought that was a little odd for this type of shop. Bought the $ 20.00 painting anyhow and it is hanging in my bedroom and looks pretty cool. Is is certainly worth browsing through. I’m still waiting for Antique Road Show to come to Tucson and I find out that $ 20.00 painting is worth thousands. Just a dream.

\Some nice stuff but generally very overpriced. Customer service seems to not exist in this place, no hello no can i help you? We came looking for a nice chair but the lack of ANY greeting or offer to help made us take our business elsewhere, where we found what we were looking for at considerably lower cost. I just dont understand why people cant be bothered to greet a customer,

Spinning wheel! It works. Fun to look at. They have some really cool items, for instnace a giant wooden bathtub, but a lot of it looks like yard sale stuff, and the prices are department store! We found a Precious Moments figurine, as a thank to our adroable 14 year old neighbor, and there was LOT to look at. Everything I found that I put in our house was very high priced, though. Some jewelry, other items, mostly furniture. Wouldn’t come back unless it was a hard to find upper end item, but wouldn’t hesitate to look here first if it was.

We really enjoyed browsing through here! This would be a perfect place to bring an attic collector/enthusiast! Tons of things to look at: furniture, home décor, jewelry, and knick knacks We didn’t purchase anything; some items seemed a bit pricey for their quality/condition but I’m not an antic collector so…*shrug* Check them out!

Have to agree with the other reviewers on this page. The concept of Annabell’s Attic is great but doesn’t seem too well managed. Walking in, you see no worker in sight. It takes a minute walk into the store to even find the counter. Today, I was there selling some antiques and kitchenware items. I know I was going to get severely short changed, but I didn’t know I was going to get such little customer service in the process. The worker didn’t seem to care for me at all. No smile, no small talk, and no attention to customers. I noticed the other customers were receiving similar treatment by other workers. I could have been a potential customer in the future, but the experience I had will prevent that from happening.

This place gets 2 stars because they have a lot of stuff, some of it beautiful, some of it well-priced. Minus one star for the security guard lurking around my husband while we perused-always a turn-off. Go away, dude. Seriously. Minus one star for it being a very slow afternoon and yet not one of the several employees ever bothered to ask if we were looking for something special or just browsing. Minus 2 stars for the overall urine stench if the place, especially in the rug and linens section. Ick. My husband and I debated afterwards about whether it was cat, dog or human. I said cat(at least I WANTED it to be cat pee), he swears it was human. Whatever. It was very, very distinctive. Yup, it was pee-pee. I didn’t want it to be, but it was. That leaves us with a one-star rating. Nice, overpriced stuff… but then, there’s the other stuff that I couldn’t overlook. Sorry Annabelle.

We visited this store 6 separate times and spent a few thousand dollars on various furniture pieces for our new house. On two separate occasions, two separate sales people said we could take a few items home«on approval» to make sure it works with size, color, etc. Our last visit will be the last one ever. As two men from the store were loading 2 pieces of furniture into our vehicle, the owner came out front and proceeded to tell us how he normally doesn’t bend the rules and how this is the only time he’s willing to do it. Not«thank you for all of the business over the past week» or «thank you for shopping here.» He came out to tell us the rules of the store. Then went back inside. Didn’t even end with a thank you. So we went back inside and told them to unload all of the stuff. His response, «Oh you don’t want it now?» And then walked off to his little cubby in the back. As an owner, he should know that business runs on customers. Not only that, repeat customers. The owner is a joke and we won’t be shopping at his over-priced shop anymore.
