Hands down the best bike shop in town. I have been using them for about 5 years since I got back into mountain biking. I have had them do almost everything on a variety of bikes from replacing tubeless tires to fixing spokes to replacing a blown out fork with a used one that I bought from a friend. They always take pride in their work and seem to know what level of parts I need on a particular bike (not a top of the line bike doesn’t need top of the line parts!).
They’ve worked on my mountain bikes, my commuters, my wife’s commuters, my kids’ bikes, and a beach cruiser that had a bent frame and wouldn’t track straight. Sam diagnosed it and bent the frame back to true. I was ready to give up on that one! None of these bikes were brands that they sell, by the way. But they don’t discriminate!
I’ve also had the pleasure of building a brand new bike to spec with Michael recently. He really took the time to work with me and figure out what I wanted. Then after building it, he spent the time with me to explain all the features of rate bike (Santa Cruz Tallboy).
Support these guys! They are true Tucson gems!

i don’t write to many reviews and this is one that got me on here to write one again. Michael the owner is an amazing guy and this shop is all out amazing. they are one of the best shops i have been to and have amazing customer service. even having a problem with mine they were fixing it right away for me. more shops like this should be around and they should get way more business! if you need anything bike related be sure to check them out first! you wont regret it. all the guys in the shop are awesome

This is known as a «wrench» shop. They take great pride in wrenching on any bicycle that rolls through the door no matter where you bought it. They do superb work and stand behind it. They have a fleet of saddles that you can test ride to make sure you get the right fit and are willing to spend time with you to make sure you get the right equipment.
There are quite a few bike shops in Tucson & I would put these guys up against any of them. The owner isn’t just a supervisor, he gets his hands dirty and could be there best wrench (maybe Sam takes that title, but it’s close!)
Don’t be afraid to take your bike to these guys, they’ll take care of it!

Really great staff! I bought a used bike off Craigslist that needed some work. I brought it to them and asked that they make it so I can enjoy riding it. That’s exactly what they did! Rides like dream and the cost was very fair and reasonable! Highly recommend them!

Great shop, great guys. We have to support these local businesses.
