This is our go to place for Asian take out. Food is always fresh and delicious. Staff very friendly and courteous. Our favorite is the Sesame Beef and Lo Mein noodles. Small restaurant with only a few booths and very clean, never eaten at the restaurant but they always offer us a beverage if we get there before our food is ready. They are always so pleasant and always busy. That to me is always a good sign for a restaurant. We’ve eaten from there about ten times in the past 2 years.

very good maybe excellent but need a 2nd visit. We did takeout and everything we had a fresh made. In fact I was early picking up so I watched our meal being prepared. We are looking forward to our next experience.

Some of the better Chinese takeout in town. Their food is not super greasy like some places. It’s an open kitchen and the place looks super clean. Still mom and pop with a slight modern twist. The twists in all the good places. Good customer service and I love that they don’t use the cheapest option for takeout boxes. It makes a difference when u bring your food home. Only thing I didn’t think was good was the hot and sour soup.

This place is great. The service is quick and friendly and the food was fantastic. We had the pot stickers(5⁄5), the chicken egg rolls(4⁄5), the beef and broccoli(4⁄5) and the cashew chicken(3⁄5). Overall a very good meal. The place is very clean and the bathroom is immaculate. I would strongly recommend it and we will certainly return.

Its just ok. Decent food. At my house we still like Mantis a bit more. The sesame chicken here was just ok. Seems like 4 dishes we ordered tasted similar. Not much creativity in the kitchen. The pricing is a bit high for what you get as well and normal size chinese takeout containers arent used. Seemed small and very stingy with shrimp in our dish

Fresh, delicious and friendly! My new go to for Chinese food! Cooked right in front of you with smells sights and sounds of authenticity that means we have a San Francisco style mom and pop shop right here in Marana! Not fancy just excellent…

To be honest I was beginning to get tired of Chinese food. I was hesitant to eat here. But when my food arrived it looked great. When I took my first bite and tasted the flavors. Excellent! Everything was prepared to order. One of the best Chinese food I have tasted.

It was brand new when I tried it the last time about a year and a half ago and i was very unimpressed as you can see by my review. I saw all the great reviews so I gave it another chance. Totally different impression this time around! I liked everything I’ve tried here so far and i have been back numerous times. Very good flavors, very well prepared by an expert chef right up front so u can watch him cook, big portions, leakproof takeout containers, and friendly people. They don’t use msg and offer either white or brown rice. It’s my new favorite Chinese restaurant in Tucson!

Small place with a friendly staff. They offer a lighter take on the traditional Asian dishes. All white meat chicken, light breading, etc. the sauces and prices are decent. Not the best taste I’ve ever had, but it’s pretty good. The prices are reasonable. Really good lunch specials. And, randomly, they’ve got the best mango strawberry lemonade I’ve ever had. The menu says its served over crushed ice so I was initially surprised and disappointed when they brought me a blended beverage(like a smoothie). But it was honestly the most delicious drink ever. I don’t know how they do it! The woman said it was just fruit & juices(no added syrup/sugar). But it was crazy-good!

The best Chinese food in Tucson! It’s a little pricey and the portions are small, but overall really good food and staff is really nice.

We were driving down from Phoenix when we looked up on Unilocal some local restaurants we could stop at. Asian Spice lived up to the ratings and more. Although it took some time for the food to come out(we dined in) it was hot and tasted great when we finally got it. On east coast standards of Chinese food, this lives up to it!

What a great find this place is. The dishes we had were way beyond good and into fabulous. It was a Friday night and the place was hopping. with only a half dozen or so booths, it looked like it would be a long wait., however most of the people were to go orders. We were seated after a few minutes and the wait was worth it. Really worth it. It is, I was told very busy on Friday nights, not so crazy on other nights. The staff is an incredible machine, cranking out orders with precision and speed. You can see it all happen, and smell it all happening as you are in the same room as the cooks so you can see the woks cooking, flaming and more. The Hot and sour soup was perfect, the wor wonton soup was lovely, eat it with a fork full of everything. The Lettuce wraps are something I really enjoy, and when I add a bit of spice, it is terrific. We then had curry chicken and it was lick the place good! I can’t wait to try more things at this little hole in the wall, stuck in a strip mall five star cooking restaurant. big WOW and more.

Been here a few times now, and it’s easy to describe: imagine all the Asian Fusion standards, but done extraordinarily well. It’s perhaps the harmony of these dishes that most amazes me; yes they are undoubtedly good ingredients, but they are prepared in such a way that none overwhelms any other. The flavors and textures are perfectly balanced. Keep in mind it is in a fairly small location, with six or so comfortable booths, so probably not the best place for a large group of people. Take-out is always a good option.

The first time that I went to Asian Spice I was amazed at how delicious it was! I didn’t write a review because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. I’ve been there several times now and I can say for sure that it was NOT a fluke! Every time I have gone everyone is beyond happy with their food and say that they will be back! The restaurant is very clean and the employees are polite and efficient. I have never waited long when ordering food. The crab puffs, egg rolls, and friend rice are delicious! My personal favorites are the honey walnut shrimp and beef lo-mein. I have never been with a friend that didn’t like what they ordered though, so I think you could order anything from the menu and it would be delicious!

Went in there to have dinner because I got turned around and pulled into the wrong plaza for dinner. This turned out to be a fortuitous event(I dare not call it a mistake), because we just had the best Chinese quick food in several years. We walked in, and were seated at an «overflow» table by the opening between the kitchen and the restaurant. The kitchen is open and visible from around the restaurant, but our angle gave us a good view of the restaurant. The cooks moved in such an efficient, yet professional manner as to show they really care about what they are making. The skill in the cutting, the wok work and the plating were a sight to see. I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken, and she ordered the Moo Shu Vegetables. I ordered the dinner package, which came with a bowl of soup and an egg roll with my choice of rice(I chose fried rice). I expected the soup to taste from the can that every other place that I’ve been to uses. I did notice that the sweet and sour soup was not over vinagered, but tasted competent. The egg roll was generic and industrial, but it was cooked to perfection. The General Tso’s chicken usually comes with the battered chicken soaked in sauce, such that the batter is soggy. This was not the case here. The battered chicken bits were crunchy without being overdone, i.e. cooked to perfection. The Fried Rice was generic, and adequate, but cooked to perfection, without it being overcooked like a lot of places cook it. Her Moo Shu Vegetables was the star of the night. I wish that I could have ordered that. Seasoned and fried just right, the vegetables had a tenderness yet firmness not seen in a long time. Overall, best Chinese quick food. Everything was fairly generic and expected, but the quality of the cooking and the professionalism of the staff there won the place 4 stars.

Definitely some of the best Chinese you will have in Tucson. Also the freshest. Great non-fried options like Cashew Chicken and Lo Mein. Both fantastic. Can’t go wrong here. It’s a fast food type place and the service is very friendly
