We were long-time customers with AT&T. We heard about a «we’ll pay your early termination fees» deal and cancelled with AT&T. After a week we determined it wasn’t going to work and went in to the AT&T store to see what they could do for us. Not much. We had given the other company our phones as part of the switch. AT&T said since we didn’t have our old phones, we would have to purchase new phones at full price, sign up for a $ 200 a month plan, and get new phone numbers. The staff was friendly and the store was clean and modern, but what they could offer us just wasn’t going to work. We ended up switching to a different service and we’re glad we did.

Strike two: an associate is now helping Angry Old Guy who came in the door two people after me. Still no greeting after 15 minutes(yes, strike one — the horror). At least they have The Script playing! Suddenly manager Kristin appears with a greeting, smile and handshake and then proceeds to que up the four of us who are waiting. 25 minutes in it’s my turn and the associate was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He attempted a fix on my situation(which didn’t take) and offered up alternatives without trying to sell me anything. After the exchange he walked me to the front door, opened it for me and sent me off with a smile and a handshake. Last week I called AT&T for help and while they attempted an unsuccessful solution, going into the shop was ultimately better because they were able to try something that I couldn’t do at home. What this AT&T store lacked up front in customer service they made up at the end. The AT&T guy doesn’t need to walk me to my car and give me flowers, but the send off was appreciated and consistent for each visitor. Decent job over all; I’ll go back but I anticipate getting my teeth cleaned with much more enthusiasm…

The review is for the store, not the service. Very nice people. Smallish store, but it has what you need.
