I purchased a lovely pewtinium mug with a medallion for my brother from the Dickens Fair (which was a fun, friendly experience). Alas, when he first put the mug in the freezer then washed it, the glue from the medallion separated and it came right off. When I got in touch with Karyn about it, she offered both to send a new one free of charge and to send along some epoxy with instructions about how to re-​attach the medallion correctly. Great service and response to an issue that arose!

Lovely handcrafted items and the glass is very heavy duty. I purchased two goblets and both are beautifully hand crafted. One we were able to take home right away, the other item took some time, but that’s because they actually hand make it… it’s NOT FROM CHINA! I love my goblet!

Once again 5 stars for this company. They have some of the most beautiful pieces of pewter that there is. I bought a letter opener with a stand while at the Dickens Christmas Fair yesterday. The people running the booth are always so friendly it makes you feel like your family, but, then isn’t that what the holiday season is all about?
