This business sets a gold standard for customer service. Javier is personable, knowledgeable, and helpful whether or not it means an immediate sale for him. He informed us where the bathrooms were without us having to ask and offered us coffee, tea, and water.
It appeared our RV battery system had a problem and he directed us to businesses that could help us with it. He cheerfully offered to refund the money for the batteries we’d bought from him if it turns out that they’re not needed.
