Phenomenal! He catered a corporate event for me for over 300+ and knocked it out of the park. Exceptional food and great service. Quality of food, portion size was perfect. All of the sides beans, potato salad and coleslaw all home made. Kudos to the chef and his staff! Keep up the great work Jason and Marina… please thank everyone see you next year!

I’ve been to Texas several times and munched on some great BBQ, this ranks among those experiences. I go the pork sandwich, for $ 8. The sesame bun was nothing special, but the meat inside was incredible. It was tender, moist, and they didn’t skimp on the serving size at all. The BBQ sauce that came along with it was sweet with a vinegar twist to it, which was pleasant. No spice overkill, well balanced, and no great heat factor to it. So good! The coleslaw and potato salad sides were nice as well. I usually don’t take a liking to those sides, but Rush has made a believer out of me!

My favorite BBQ around Tucson! Great flavors, great quality meat, and very nice people! I’m never disappointed! I’ve also had them cater a Bachelor party and all the guys loved it. Do yourself a favor and try the mouth watering brisket and ribs!

I’m really digging these food truck Fridays that my work hosts up at La Cholla and Ina. This week BBQ Rush was the featured truck and lately I have been eating quite a lot of bbq and thought this would be right up my ally! I was a little nervous, because the truck says«Texas Style BBQ» and after my last trip to Dallas, I wasn’t super impressed with that style. However, this truck does it right! What I don’t like about Texas BBQ is the strong vinegar sauce or even lack of sauce. BBQ Rush asked immediately if I wanted sauce and when it came out it was really really really good. It actually was a little sweet, a little creamy with just a hint of the vinegar. A+ on the sauce. I ordered the Pork Shoulder Sandwich special which was $ 8 and came with chips and a can of soda. The folks in the truck were courteous and fast. The sandwich was filled to the brim with pork, a big ol’ slice of onion and a pickle. I love scooping out the extra meat with a fork afterwards and getting every last bit of sauce. Great food truck, fast and perfect for lunch!

This is the best BBQ in Tucson! The lunch box for $ 10 is a great deal for fabulous BBQ. Also, what I think makes a good food truck is ALL homemade food. The potato salad, coleslaw, beans, BBQ sauce and all meat is made by them. Please support local food trucks and businesses.
