Great place to get PT! Big building and lots of room to do your treatments. The PT’s are great and very attentive to what part of your body needs work. They are only open till noon on fridays so just be aware of that.

Have had three appts so far, and so far so good!
#1 They are kind.
#2 The PT and the Techs are knowledgeable.
#3 They are willing to massage your painful area by hand using some elbow grease.
#4 Attractive and clean facility.
#5 I’m already starting to feel better.

I was turned away after arriving 5 minutes late to what generally is a 60 minute appt. I particularly find this interesting as I have many minutes waiting in the waiting room and waiting for/​looking for the pt during my appts. I will never return nor will I recommend.
If you decide to book anyway, please make sure that you understand your insurance coverage because the front office staff has not clue one.

The attention to details of patient care here is first class. I have had physical therapy given to me for the last twenty plus years due to occupational injuries and surgeries. I highly recommend the staff at Body Central, Swan Rd. location. I am visiting from California and wanted to stay pain free and keep up my physical therapy régime.
From my first phone call I was treated with care, respect and understanding. On my arrival I was given a personal one on one substantial evaluation and my expectations were met and exceeded. I expect professional medical care and I think the staff at this location provided me with excellent care and knowledge beyond what I am accustomed to.
My therapist found some new issues by listening and her diligence is very refreshing to me. I observed the other patients being given the same consistent level of care so I would recommend you come here for therapy to get well, become confidently stronger and hopefully relieve any pain in your body. You will not be disappointed.

Body Central is the first physical therapy clinic to really address pain with respect and comprehensive treatment. The staff were all very knowledgable and friendly. It is very sad to see the previous review. I hope that person got the help they needed from someone.
