I am in the process of buying my first home. Brick by Bryck was recommended to me independantly by a relative that used his service prior to buying their home as well as my realtor. Bryck Guibor did the inspection and was down to earth, very thorough and explained things well as he went through– Issues, major issues, minor issues, potential issues, preventative maintenance, what to watch out for with roof repairs, structural repairs, not-​so-​honest tricks of various trades. Susan was always helpful and friendly on the phone as well and quick to respond to any messages. The first home had enough uncovered concerns that the seller would not address, that I think he played a major role in me avoiding a money pit.
