Have used them 2 times, 1st time for carpet, linoleum and laminate — big job. 2nd time for kitchen linoleum. Work was competent. But post service was totally unacceptable the 2nd time.
Had work done while I was not at home and when I arrived I noticed a significant tear in the new brand new linoleum floor in front of the fridge. Pretty obviously when the fridge was put back, the floor got torn.
I called and explained the problem and spoke to the owner, Howard. He immediately jumped down my throat and said, it was not like that when we left. I said, neither you or I know that for sure since neither of us were there.
I just need it fixed and was not suggesting they do it for free. Only that I had a problem and needed resolution.
I’ve called, left messages — no returning calls. Very, very poor — especially since I was a repeat customer.
I have found someone else (read my reviews…) who was outstanding. I’ll not be back to Broadway.

Wow, the salesperson was pretty sexist. My favorite bon mot of the exchange was when he suggested that if it was too hard of a decision for me, I could go out for a little lunch and let my husband decide. Ick. The selection was okay, and the prices were okay. But I was irritated that when I asked what the difference between two carpets were he just said «a thousand dollars.»… not helpful.

Go see Howie & Rick! I just bought a forclosure and needed all new flooring. I checked out Apollo, Carpet One & Broadway Carpets. Howie has the best in-​stock selection, was able to install when I needed it, job was done beautifully and on schedule, prices were VERY reasonable. I love the wood laminate and carpet I got! Thanks Howie!
