Bruce and his staff are very courteous and helpful. The craftsmanship with which they conduct their operations is second to none. I have dealt with other locksmiths. None have been as good as Bruce’s. I have had numerous locks worked on, as well as purchasing a safe from them. You cannot get better service at any price.

The keys they cut for my Honda motorcycle work fine. That’s not the beef.
The thing is, I went into the dumpy store and the guy at the counter told me the keys would be $ 3 each. So I had him cut 3 keys. Total was $ 11.60 or $ 3.50 each plus tax. No apology, no discussion. Sold their soul and cheated me for $.50 a key.
So, I won’t be going back. Cheap crooks!

I own two Honda Goldwing motorcycles. The keys for this bike are somewhat unique and most key shops do not carry the specific blank required to make duplicates. Several years back I discovered that Bruce’s carried the required blank and had several duplicates made for my motorcycle. Fast forward to now, and I now have a new Goldwing and need new duplicate keys. I didn’t hesitate to immediately go to Bruce’s to have duplicates made. Both experiences were great and I’ll return for any lock/​key needs that I have in the future.

Extremely rude and overpriced. Manufacturer sells the same product for 925 plus free shipping to your doorstep. Bruce’s wants 1450 out the door, installed. Apparently tax and installation is $ 500+. Won’t even negotiate on price. Rip off.

We initially called someone else but they completely botched the job at 7:00 at night. Left our college students without a lock on a house. Called Hugo and he went out and had the locks all set up in no time. He solved our problem creatively and at a very fair price! We are very thankful and would highly recommend!

I was running an errand for my dad and went into this place trying to get a key dulicated. I show him the key and he immediately steps back and yells at me DON’T YOU EVER TRY AND COME IN HERE WITH A KEY COVERED UP LIKE THAT. I starred at him, clueless as to what he was talking about. Apparently my dad had covered the «Do Not Duplicate» part of the key. I told the guy to relax and that it wasn’t my key. He told me to leave the shop immediately. Worst customer service ever. Go to Ace Hardware or Home Depot if you need a key.

If you need a safe, this is the place. Big or small they got it all. Very helpful and kind staff. I stopped in to ask some quesions about my antique locks and if they fixed em right up. Even gave me the name of a recyler in town where I could find spares. Thanks again…
