They have the BEST pumpkin bagels and pumpkin spice coffee right now! My husband and I stopped by there this afternoon for a late lunch. The staff was amazing! We both had fantastic sandwiches and they made us fresh pumpkin bagels! They went above and beyond in stellar customer service. We love this location for their caring, friendly staff, great food, prices that are very reasonable and always a clean store. Today was wonderful. The staff had no idea just how much we needed this special treat, and how appreciative we are! I’ll never buy bagels anywhere else! Run to grab your pumpkin bagels while they last! Don’t forget to get the pumpkin spice coffee too!

I have never been a bagel person but now that I am pregnant, all I want are bagels!!! The hubby and I frequent this location every single weekend and so far so good… yesterday we went in and hubby ordered his salmon bagel and I placed my order. The guy making our sandwich did NOT switch his gloves after handling the salmon, capers etc before selecting my bagel. We both tried to tell him as fast as we could to change his gloves but he already grabbed my bagel. We asked him to change his gloves as I do not want any cross contamination(not to mention this should just be a common practice after handling meat/bread products). He put the bagel down, changed his gloves and grabbed a new one. He didn’t say anything to us or apologize, just seemed annoyed. I’m pretty sure he put that other bagel back after we left. I would bet money on it. So gross. Disappointed and this has been a huge craving of mine and I have been in love with this place until that happened. If you’re going to work somewhere that serves food, it’s not that hard to be sanitary. He also left the salmon out after using it and the manager walked by, put it back and gave him a dirty look. Lol. Unbelievable.

Came in for breakfast. The service was great, food was delicious and the coffee was strong. Bruegger’s bagels are so soft, chewy, and flavorful. I love all the different flavors and the huge variety of cream cheeses as well. They also have a big coffee menu. Just ordered black today but I’ve had some of their other coffee drinks in the past and was impressed. Definitely will return again and again.

I am so disappointed at how this location seems to be going downhill fast. No matter what time we show up they seem to ALWAYS be out of Pork sausage, even when we show up early before the rushes. I hate turkey sausage and the bacon tastes funky to me. Breakfast is a HUGE part of my day and with a toddler I don’t have time to make myself anything to eat so I rely on this location. When you live in Rita Ranch you don’t have many alternatives.

My wife and daughters go here on a daily basis. The staff is friendly and bagels are very good. Highly recommend getting the refillable cup or the key fob. We use ours for free soda, though you could use it for coffee.

Went here for lunch on a Thursday. First thing that strikes you is some of the paint is peeling on the walls. That shouldn’t be something that you notice when you walk into a business(unless that business is going for the more«urban dilapidation» look, which I’m pretty sure Bruegger’s isn’t going for. Kinda makes you wonder how they maintain the kitchen. The smoked salmon and herby turkey sandwiches are OK. Seems like they have been staples for their menu for quite some time. The bagel I had was not quite as chewy as I’d like, but that’s my personal preference. If you want bagels, it’s a good place to get them fresh in the morning. As for coming here for lunch, although I live in the area, it’s just not a place I would frequent often.

I have eaten here about twice per month over the last year and am pretty impressed. We all want a clean restaurant, good tasting food and a friendly staff. This location has clearly met all three expectations for me.

Fresh, hot bagels and cream cheese? Delicious. The Herby Turkey? Yum. Their seasonal French Toast Coffee? LOVE. I swoon for Brueggers.

Bottom Line: Good bagels from a service staff that you should get an award if you can make smile. Update on 4÷7÷11 — I think I have it down to only 2 employees now that won’t smile. I shall continue my quest to make the whole place show me their pearly whites.

Bagels where good, service had a weird vibe, like the employees/manager weren’t very happy to have costumers or they where too stressed or maybe too tired. Since they had only been open for 2 weeks this will hopefully be corrected soon.

They opened on a Wednesday and I went here the following Friday. I’m pretty sure my follow-up review will be better once they get all the kinks worked out. Here’s pretty much how it went… me: are those all the sun-dried tomato bagels you have? bagel lady: YESANDWE’RENOTBAKINGANYMORETODAY I felt like I’d just been scolded by my mom. Yikes. I was only asking because there was some other bagels that weren’t labeled that looked like they might have been the same kind. I guess I looked like I was about to say something because another lady came over and offered me some chicken salad sample — pronto. What can I say? I still bought some bagels and the garden veggie cream cheese. I still made some tasty sandwiches at home. This is going to be like so many other places where it just depends on who you get. Some people are rude but not all will be. Besides, I know I’ll be back. Having them open in Rita Ranch in the old Bad Bob’s location is a good deal for me and I’m sure loads of other Rita Ranchers. So, meh, I’ll be back.
