My wife went here to «check them out» a year ago, she was treated well and bought a small item. Six months later, she needed broad heads, called made sure they had them then sent me driving the 120 miles. Turns out they did not have the exact broad head, but gave me something close for her…(STRIKE1). I broke a part on my quiver and had a problem with the pee sight, my wife takes the bow in and is told to leave it for an unknown period so new strings can be ordered from Minnesota!!! I call only to talk to a person who knows very little and has to keep putting me on hold to find an answer. Eventually, I find out it will take a week to get bow back and I am told to check back on Monday. Monday morning I call and learn string came in on Saturday, I asked if bow is ready, «nope, not sure when we can get to it,» I ask how long does it take to install an tune, «hard to say,» I pressed, «well usually 2 hours, but you never know til we get into it, can take a lot longer if we find problems.» I say, I have had the bow there for a week, you should know if you will have problems. «Nope, can’t tell till the „stringer“ gets to do the work.» STRIKE2 I get to the store to pick up bow, it is ready but quiver part is not available, PSE does not sell that model any more, okay what options do I have? We can sell you a new cheap one for $ 60, another guy says you can put arrows in your pocket but that will cut you. At this point I just want to leave, but I ask if there is anything I should be doing to break in the new string. «Shoot the bow and re-tune.» Any recommendations? «Shoot a 100 to 200 arrows.» One thinks they may have offered to let me shoot in the shop, nope. I asked what he knew the bow, «nothing, that came out way before my time.» I left the shop feeling you had to buy a $ 1000+ dollar bow from them and be part of the«club» hanging out there or you were dirt — STRIKE3, YOUAREOUT

Do not use this place! I brought in my brand new out of box Bowtech to this place to buy a sight and have them install it. The next day the government sent me to a undisclosed place to serve country. When I returned months later I went to retrieve my brand new bow. Guess what? They sold my new bow with new sights to someone else!!! I was and still in disbelief and I asked why they said they have no storage and after they call twice and over 30 days you don’t pick up they have that option to sell. I asked them to pay me the price of my bow and sights and they said they will give me what they sold my bow for… I said what did you sell it for? They said $ 50! Ha ha. Yeah right! I asked them to call me when they want to make it right and I have been waiting for 1 month already for a call. So to my military Brothers/Sisters don’t use this place even though it’s a mile from Air Force base.

Its a great feeling when you walk into a place and have a warm welcome and everyone there cares. I got my high end bow there and every step of the way they really took care of me. I always say you get what you pay for and with these guy it is top of the line! I would recommend them for any beginner all the way up to the professional competition shooter. They continue to take great care of me and anyone I refer to them. Thanks guys!

My friends and I stopped by and spent ~1 hr at the range in the back. They charged $ 25 for the rental and didn’t care how long we were there. The staff was very knowledgable about the archery sport. Good way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

I just hit my 1 year anniversary with Bull Basin archery and never thought twice about where to start my journey in shooting. I love lessons from Stretch and Meaghan(instructors) and now it’s mostly keeping form and practicing. I’m ready for competing thanks to everyone here and can’t wait to represent. I’ve uploaded some pice of my groupings and my average score per end is now 29.93 over 500 arrows! I now shoot a PSE Phenom, much to the chagrin of Stretch… It’s deadly accurate. Woot to Bull Basin Archery!

Every time I have a general question about some product im looking at these guys always give me that«deer in the headlight look“and say(I dont know) thats getting really annoying. I come here beacause they are near by and i had heard good things. But so far my five or six visits have all been just as unpleasant. Like they are only willing to assist you if you look(to them) like your going to make a big item buy. They have a great selection of products. Just poor customer service. Thus one star.

Had a great time, the staff was very helpful in helping me repair my broken arrows. But would be great if there WASN’T a brick wall at the end of the range. It would save a lot of broken arrows incidents. Would love it if they could put in a couple of layers of form board or something. Cause it’s kind of grave yard for stray arrows.
