Recent move into a home with 2 – 10 Warranty Co., garage door won’t open because lifter came off track and just wasn’t working well before. They sent Cactus Overhead Garage Doors out – on time, very competent guy (Mickey) who got it fixed, checked everything out and it runs great and much more quietly. (This after previous owners recently dumped about $ 525. into door ‘overhaul’ from Precision Door Service – with a ‘lifetime warranty’ that of course they don’t honor because it’s a different owner.) Looks like they did a pisspoor job anyway, so we’re glad we found a company who knows what they’re doing, shows up on time and does the job competently and quickly. Call these guys first.
