We were helped right away (well as soon as we made up out minds). It didn’t take long to get our food and it was a rather large order. While we were eating I didn’t see one person wait more than a few minutes.
The food was as to be expected nothing was not up to par.
All of the tables were clean and everyone was nice.

This place is horrible. Just tried it for the first time, and I will NEVER be back to this location. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes (ONLY one in the drive through at the time) for ONE chicken club sandwich. Drove back to the office, low and behold, it is a fried cod sandwich. These people want $ 15/​hour? Give me a break, horrible service, and no apology for the wait time either, the reviews are SPOT on, avoid this place like the plague!

So after our miserable experience with a filthy McDonald’s, my daughter and I drove across the road to eat at Carl’s Jr. We go inside and immediately I notice no lines, 3 tables taken and every large booth and table were dirty. We go up front and wait at the counter for almost 5 minutes, see a female in a manager shirt so I say. «Excuse me, do you have anyone to clea». she cuts me off and says «I’m busy right now».
So we take our two kids and leave. If you can’t be bothered to keep your tables open for customers, you are in the wrong minimum wage hell hole. To continue our lunch experience from hell, check my egee’s review. but first we tried to go to Taco Bell but no one could park in one damn space instead of two. which caused us to try Egee’s at the corner of Ina and Thorneydale

I was forced to come here! I was driving with a group of people and this is what they chose, I was hungry, can say I had never been to a Carls Jr and now I know why. The staff was nice but the food is awful, I mean how can fries be bad, but they were tasteless.

5 minutes until someone came to the counter to take our order then 15 minutes to get our food. How is that fast? Half of the staff was on break sitting in the dining area watching the other two scramble. Why would you let half of your staff break at the same time? Should have went through the drive thru and then parked they actually got their food. Ended up getting a refund and leaving

Very slow service even though there wasn’t anyone in the restaurant. Granted it’s fast food, but fast food should be decently quick. Had enough time to write this review and send off a few texts before the food was brought out. Seems like a consistent complaint based off their past reviews.

I went back there a couple months back and ended up getting stuck in the Drive-​thru because no one assisted me on the speaker, I attempted to drive thru and leave but there was a person waiting for their order at the window for approximately 15 min prior to when I attempted to order. I waited an addtional 15 minutes so I can leave. Ridiculous. I gave them another try at redeeming themselves again a week or so ago. I avoided the drive-​thru this time and went inside to order. Not to mention the drive-​thru is backed up.
I waited 35 minutes for my order inside. I am not going back to this one ever again.

I normally wouldn’t rate a typical drive through. This particular Carl’s Junior deserves to be recognized for it’s easy and wonderful customer service.
Making minimum wage and working at a fast food restaurant is not the easiest and most pleasant all the time. This location is consistently above par at all time’s. They are friendly without being stepford wives friendly like you find at Starbucks. This is genuine and thorough. My order is always right.
I maybe wrong but in general they seem to employ less teenager’s and more over 18 adult folk’s. Perhaps that is what makes the service so good!
I appreciate and partake in the first responder discount. However, if the service was poor I wouldn’t go there for the $ 1.00 off my purchase. Having both great service and a discount… love it!

3 stars relates to the fact my food was cooked correctly. But other than that, it was 1041 when I arrived in the drive thru on a Friday night, and 1058 when I was finally handed my food. For the terminology «fast food» I’d say they need to work on their speed. I was definitely thinking about just driving away.
When it takes the same amount of time at a drive thru as it does at a sit down restaurant… You’d expect an apology for the delay or something, but the girl was short with me and didn’t care at all.

Bacon Western Chee! This burger is one of my guilty pleasures. I stopped here for a quick lunch. I hit the drive through and got quick friendly service. The food was made fresh to order and delivered hot.

I have been here 2 times since moving to Tucson a couple of months ago. We got a California burrito, the Memphis BBQ Burger and sweet potato fries the first time and it all tasted great! They gave us a extra burrito that we paid for on accident, we were in a hurry so we just took it. It didn’t seem like there were many workers so it took a bit longer to get but other than that it was a good service with good fast food.

I usually do not bother to review chains because the experience and product are standard. However I feel a need to review lunch 8÷13÷12 11:30am.
* Drive through was slow even at 11:30am. There were 2 – 3 cars in front of me and more behind. Considering the number of cars it was really slow.
* Small turkey burger combo with regular fries, cost $ 7.03. I think that is high.
* I received cold fries, cold, not even warm.
* The burger was dry and slimy at the same time (strange I know) and not good.
* There was way too much ice in the drink. There were only a few sips of Dr Pepper.
I wish I had something good to add, but it was just a really bad lunch.

The staff here has always been friendly and their recent remodel really looks nice. They have the best choices in fast breakfast food going with their Hardee’s biscuits.

Every single one of those napkins has a dead fly in it, squished by my wife and I while we waited for our order. We stopped counting at 8. The flies were so numerous that they were having sex on the windowsill. Sorry, no pictures of that little gem.
Given the fly problem in the seating area, I cringe at the thought of what the grill area must be like.
If you’re looking for a first world restaurant with unique third-​world appeal, this place will exceed your wildest fantasies. Even the staff help keep up the aire of authenticity by not speaking English. What a treat!
This place is so unclean that it should offer free immunizations with every meal. Thankfully there’s a CVS across the street and a Wallgreens next door you can go to, and pick up some sterile napkins and hand sanitizer.
Fail. I regret that I’m unable to give them ZERO stars.

Food is ok as far as fast food goes. I always get the Western bacon cheeseburger or the guacamole cheeseburger.
My problem with this place is the staff. It’s like a prison work release program or a high school detention when the teacher is out of the room. One time I was in the drive thru and the guy opened the drive thru window and started inappropriately joking with the girl picking up trash on the other side of my car.
The manager is not any better. My wife once got a salad and when we got home it was missing all the stuff that was supposed to come with it (dressing, croutons, etc.). I went back to the store and the manager spoke so little english that instead of just giving me the missing extras he gave me another salad. I tried to explain that I didn’t need another salad but he couldn’t understand what I was trying to say.
Overall, I’ll probably avoid this place due to the unprofessional atmosphere.
