I have had more bad experiences with this Carls Jr. than good ones. Long lines, wrong food orders, and some employees acting like they just don’t want to be there in the first place. Skip this location, there are better options around the corner.

This place is awful! Everytime I come here the people working are always too wrapped up in their personal conversations to pay attention to the customer. This place has been around for as long as I can remember and ever since the place burned down it seems like their customer service was destroyed as well. They’re play place is filthy and my daughters left dirtier than anytime they’ve played in dirt. I’ve given this place at least a chance every 6 months bc I enjoy their little burritos but I think I’m done with this place for good… I mean once maybe twice is fine in a 10 year period but this has been 20 times at least. You want your order correct? Go elsewhere

I picked up breakfast for my family every Sunday during the special when a breakfast sandwich was one dollar. I do not exaggerate when I say that EVERY single occasion they forgot one or all of the hashbrowns. The ladies that work here are courteous and polite, even when I’ve driven all the way back to demand the hashbrowns that were forgotten. My advice: check the bag before leaving the drive through.

grab a quick bite before I go out. I see two guys chilling by the drive thru. someone takes my order and I pull up to the window: the guy isn’t wearing a uniform and takes my money, he’s polite: I’m waiing for my food and 2 minutes later I see his guy in front of me chilling I’m the parking lot w what seems to be like his family. I see one guy inside working. still waiting in my car and I types this whole review. poopy service.

What happened to this place? I pulled in around 12:30 and didn’t see many cars in the parking lot… that should have been my first clue. The landscape is looking ragged, inside obviously isn’t very clean. When I walked up to the counter I wasn’t greeted, just a hispanic woman looking at me. I saw a big picture of a ‘Chicken Torta’ oozing with guacamole and chicken so I ordered a medium combo w/fries. No thank you or anything after handing over $ 17.00 for our lunch. After some confusion by the cashier, the food never came. We went up to the counter and it was sitting there. My ‘Torta’ was room temperature, the bun was stale and dry, the guacamole was about 1 tablespoon, and the ground chicken was repulsive. The paper around it was crumpled together the way you would crush something into a ball and toss it in the trash. Ground chicken and smeared guacamole was all over the paper, along with something dark. Nasty. The person I was eating with said their food was cold. For great fast food I’ll stick with Chipotle. As I left, the crew was loudly chattering in spanish– I’d love to know what the issue was. I’ve eated here many times because it’s close to my office but I wouldn’t be surprised to see it closed down some day. SECONDTIMEBACK…3/16/2013 I just left my office, starving for lunch. Thinking I’ll give this place another quick shot, I order the Terriaki Turkey burger with a slice of grilled pinnaple, fries and a drink. Once again… in my bag was a single hamburger(beef not Turkey) with mayo, lettuce, and(***don’t Barf***) teriyaki sauce. The patty was 100% cold, not even 80 degrees. Fries were cold and old. After eating a few bites I threw the entire thing back in the bag. Service was the usual.

I hit the drive through on my way to work and ordered the steak and egg burrito. I’ll be honest. When the bag was handed to me I was expecting to be disappointed. It didn’t feel worth the price I paid. For about the same price you can go to a lot of places around town and get a breakfast burrito the size of Popeye’s forearm. I get to work and unwrap the burrito. I open up the burrito itself and peer inside. There is plenty of steak and LOTS of pico de gallo. Maybe I was hasty in judgement. I start eating and, right away, get the burn of jalapeño from the pico. You can still taste the steak and the eggs. Overall not bad. By the time I finished my mouth was tingling from the jalapeños… they had given it just the right amount of spice IMO. I have had plenty of mediocre, chain fast food with long waits from this place before but I got through the drive through fast and the steak and egg burrito was a winner.

Much better service and food this evening! Obviously depends on who’s working!
