Stay away from this company! They have no main phone line for the company. All phone calls are forwarded to one of their employee’s cell phones. When I told the the employee(Benjamin) that I wanted to speak to a manager or owner he told me he wasn’t authorized to give me the owner’s phone number. What kind of small business owner would dodge his potential customers and not want to know what is going on with his company? They have two phone numbers listed on there website. One goes straight to a fax machine. The other gets forwarded directly to Benjamin’s cell phone. So, there is no way to elevate complaints or issues. The backstory to my dealings with Arizona Carpet & Tile Cleaning is as follows: On Friday 10⁄28 I spoke with a gentleman named Benjamin and scheduled to have my carpets cleaned on Tuesday 11⁄1 at 9:00am. The schedule time came and went and there was no sign of Arizona Carpet and Tile Cleaning. I called them to see what was up and Benjamin told me he did not have us on his schedule for the day. He took my information and said he would call back. An hour passed and still no word. After multiple attempts of trying to reach Benjamin and getting his voicemail he finally answered when I called from my cell phone(I think he was screening my home number). It was at this point that I asked to speak to the owner and was informed that I couldn’t. Additionally, I lost $ 80 on my dealings with Arizona Carpet & Tile Cleaning because I had put my dogs in day-care for the day expecting to get the carpets cleaned. I had an all-around awful experience with Arizona Carpet & Tile Cleaning and am very suspicious of the way the company is run.

Against my better judgment, I hired this company to clean my tile simply because they were available first. I sat outside while they cleaned due to the fumes and my pregnancy. I could hear the cleaner banging things around my house while I waited. The next day my husband noticed that our crystal vase that we received as an engagement present was chipped. I had to leave a message to inform them of the damage because there was no answer. I called them everyday for the next 3 business days before I received a return call from the owner. He informed me that he would give us the retail value of the vase(without taxes or shipping) and he wanted our chipped vase in return. I told him that I thought this was a strange request, and that I thought it was fair for him to pay us damages and let us keep our family heirloom. He went on to accuse me of «scamming» him. I cannot believe I paid this company to break our vase and then have them call me a liar. After some more communication I was able to convince the owner to pay us damages, but he never apologized for the broken vase or for calling me a liar. Also the whole ordeal took a month to resolve. I would strongly recommend hiring another company. The job done on the floors was poor. They don’t move all your furniture, they didn’t even move my potted plant, so it’s not as clean as it could be.
