Shared w/​a Dominoes. Has a brushless-​car wash. Great top tier gas, California company. Everything is so-​so maintained, especially since they once had a problem where they could’ve serve gas, except for the asphalt. Either repave it or put low-​maintenance concrete instead.
The quality & management of this station could be much better. I’ve seen & experienced much better Chevrons e.g. the one on east I-​10.
Interesting how the most expensive gas retailer is located here where wealthy UofA students live, most of which are from California. California company, California students, hmm.
The top tier gas here is over-​priced compared to other top-​tier gas vendors nearby.

Tucson, AZ
$ 1.29 (used to be more expensive) for the price of a $.79 or even $.99 drink somewhere else…$ 2 for a two-​liter of soda. Five hour energy shots everywhere. Basically, this place caters to the students nearby.
The awesome thing: beef jerky sold by the sheet! $ 1.99 — and teriyaki is always gone. But still, beef jerky by the sheet — that is awesome! :)
