Went for a late lunch and had 3 appetizers with my wife. Southwestern egg rolls, onion rings and wings. The wings my wife loved and she’s picky about them. We really came in for the onion rings because she had been begging for rings for three days. They were great except too few. The SW egg rolls were ok but I’ve had better. Just a little not so fresh including the lettuce. Looked limp. I still have to give them 5 stars but just barely. Service was very good but traffic was light until we left.

Terrible experience here today. They are probably short staff so I feel bad. Mediocre food. Waited long for incorrect order. Not coming here anymore.

It was a busy Saturday night, it took a long time for them to bring the food and by the time the food got to the table it was a bit cold. I had ordered the Cajun chicken pasta, which was good, but the chicken was a bit too salty and tasted like the grilled chicken from those frozen heat up dinners. Even though we had some problems with the food, our waiter was still friendly. But probably won’t be going back for awhile.

To start, our server was really amazing. My glass was never empty and he was always there as soon as I needed him. My friend and I split a few items and they came out already divided evenly and exactly how we ordered with our modifications. The black bean burger is better than I expected especially when it had he guacamole burgers set up. The quesadilla explosion salad is also something that you can’t go wrong with. The refillable chips and salsa usually come out a little too salty for my liking so I got the without salt and they were just as addicting.

Do not eat here! Found a giant cockroach in my potato soup! I notified the health department this morning! So gross! Not even joking! Thank God I hadn’t taken a bite yet! It was about a inch and a half long huge cockroach!

The service was horrible and food over cooked and came out cold. The wait staff had us stranded 2 hours while it took is 10 – 15 minutes to eat.

Made a last minute decision to visit after a early movie on Sunday and Chili’s looked good initially with no waiting. BUT… We joined another two parties in waiting for someone to seat us. There were staff in view, but no one appeared to be watching the front. Finally we were seated when the greeter and a server notices us a the same time. Once seated the server and the service were good. I did mess up using my rewards which you can sign up for online or at the table on a provided tablet. You can also use the tablet to order drinks or dessert or play games. The burger was good, the southwestern egg rolls were nice and spicy, and there were no issues. But I kept noticing people having to wait at the front to be seated. First impressions are important and they need to make sure the front is staffed all the time. I have no idea why the person at the front disappeared so much. It is a chain and Chili’s is consistent in food and is family friendly with lots of TV sets to watch games in the restaurant area or the bar. Rewards and the tablet are new restaurant tech which seem okay. There are also specials for two people to share appetizers and or desserts. They also have 5 or 6 standard beers on tap in 16 and 20oz glasses. You have to pay for chips and salsa.

So I got lunch to go… needless to say it was not worth the $ 10+ I spent. Extremely large chicken patty or very small bun, however you want to look at it. 5 shreds of lettuce, fries tasted like dish soap, they were cold and meager. Really annoyed.

Join their rewards club and get free food on almost every visit! The chips and salsa are super addicting with just the right amount of salt. I normally get the pick two deals(lunch or dinner) with soup and a sour cream enchilada or chicken quesadilla. The service is always friendly and I never have an empty glass. Stop in for happy hour for really good deals!

Food was good. For the price it was pretty good if you know what that means. My waitress was good with keeping my drink filled and not asking every minute if everything was ok. Usually they do that too much.

For about five years Chilis has been my favorite place to go for a beer and quesadilla after a workout or a long week, and that hasn’t changed. This location is great. My girlfriend and I have been here a few times per month for the past year and have had maybe a couple visits that were less than ideal for little reasons, but we haven’t seen the same mistakes repeated. The place is always clean with attentive staff for how busy it is and the prices are great for what you’re buying. The two-for-20 is a great deal, the Arnold palmers are delicious, bacon chicken quesadilla is my favorite meal, and the chocolate cake is prefect for that every-once-in-a-while sweet tooth.

I think the food is pretty good, a little bit salty for me though. Margaritas are yummy but costy.

Truth be told, I have avoided eating at this establishment for years… ever since I discovered cooking at home and more ‘hoity toity’ restaurants that boasted richer flavors and cleaner food, etc. My husband and I had an old gift card to use up, so we bit the bullet and stopped in yesterday. Over all, I was surprisingly impressed — with my food. As many of you know, Chili’s is a chain restaurant decorated with large(fake? real? Who knows?) industrial looking… duct work. Hanging from the ceiling. I have no idea if it’s actually operational. Who’s to say? They’ve got the traditional booths that many other chains have, tables, chairs, bathrooms, etc etc and so on and so forth. Many moons ago, when I went to a newer location, I thought Chili’s was pretty darned cool. Nowadays, it looks dated and a bit grimy, like it needs new paint or a really thorough scrubbing. I was not too impressed with the ambiance, which feels sticky. The service was alright, but wasn’t out of the park by any means. As far as their new tabletop screen gizmos go… ewwww. Imagining all the greasy hands that had touched that thing over the past year made me cringe. What’s funny about those nifty little gadgets is that you can only use it to order a SECOND alcoholic beverage or to order dessert. I suppose that’s handy in the event of an unexpected water landing and your server is somewhere inflating a lifeboat, but for me, it was simply not useful and just took up room on the table. As you can imagine, I went into this visit with some hesitation. I thought the food would be horrible and that I’d slip on the floor. These thoughts are fairly normal for me, mind you. BUT: my food was actually really good! I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Ancho Salmon, which came with rice and broccoli. The salmon was moist and delicious. The rice was mild but did have a slight ‘smoke’ to it, and the broccoli was nice and salty. I was quite happy with my meal and I would order it again. My husband had a burger and fries, which was alright. Moral of the story: If you’re looking for a moderately priced venue for lunch or dinner and enjoy chips and salsa, go here! The menu is quite extensive so you’re bound to find something that strikes your fancy.

I’ve been going to Chili’s for as long as I can remember. And everytime I get the regular chicken crispers with fries, the crispers are never done the way I like them. They did comp the meal so I was with that. But still it’s a great place to have fun and chill. The Texas Cheese Fries are amazing. They tasted so good. Anyone who gets those, you will love them.

I just had a horrible experience using the«to-go» ordering at chillis. We ordered our food to be ready at 2:25 and I didn’t leave there until 2:50. I may as well have just sat down to dine in, but I was on my lunch break(that I returned late to). When I entered, there were three people behind the to go desk, none of them greeted me. It was at least 5 minutes before anyone did. After I finally told them that I had an order to pick up, they disappeared for a good 10 minutes. When they came back they finally took my payment and left again. Unfortunately I didn’t get my food until 25 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I hate to give this feedback but it was upsetting.

It took me 5 – 6 minutes to get acknowledged while sitting at the bar, then 10 more minutes to get a club sandwich. I came here because several Conference Tournaments are on for Men’s Basketball, and they have a decent amount of televisions with somewhat dependable food. Yet, the bartender gave the remote to another bar guest and the tvs were blank for several minutes. The daytime bartender now(older woman with blonde hair and glasses, believe her name is Jayne) seems very overwhelmed and not in the least bit attentive. My drink has been near empty for awhile and Jayne hasn’t bothered to inquire if I’d like another cocktail.

Well, we used to be good fans of Chili’s, they had great service to begin with and catered to our needs as they saw fit. Good company, with good hostesses and the wait-service was fantastic… That was, until the last time we went. It was a while back, and I’ve been sitting on this for a month or so, but I’ve decided to tell what happened. When I go, I always get the Fajitas, because it’s my more favorite menu item and I always have asked for Beef instead of chicken; knew it cost more and we were fine with that. So, we were seated and they took our order and I ordered beef for my Fajitas, then walked off. Ten minutes later, they came back and began to argue with us both, that we couldn’t have beef with the Fajitas, when not two weeks earlier when celebrating something, I had, had them. We explained this and the waiter that we had that night, seemed to get upset and raised her voice. I attempted to calm her, but she stormed off and went to speak with the manager — the manager then came out, angry with us and had a temperament much like a bull in a china shop. He flat out told us, that it wasn’t possible and that we were liars. So, when the manager left, my fiancée and I sat back and talked softly about it, thinking we should get up and leave; I had, had enough and just told the manager to bring me chicken, even though I don’t too much like the texture of chicken or the way it taste. So, as we were making the choice, they bring us our food — low and behold, it’s just chicken and onions. JUSTCHICKEN and ONIONS; where were the peppers? The waiter with the attitude, as she sat the food down, looked at me square in the eye and went, «Oh, by the way, we ran out of bell peppers. I hope you don’t mind.» Yes, yes I did mind and I wish you had told me before I ordered and paid for my meal. We complained, they gave us no compensation for anything, not their rude service, not their bad food — because trust me, just chicken that is rubbery and onions on a tortilla with some sauce and sour cream? Ew. We will –never– eat at Chili’s again.

We have been going to Chili’s for several years. This is a typical Chili’s. It does get busy on Friday’s and Saturday’s, but what restaurant Tucson doesn’t. The service is always great, the food is very good(we like their burgers and the Ribeye steak), and the restrooms are always clean. I will say we are not a big fan of their desserts, but I know others are.

This by far has been one of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had at a Chili’s restaurant, it didn’t start off so bad we entered and we were seated rather quickly; upon being seated and Our waitress Settingdown are utensils I noticed that one of the utensils was rather dirty the napkin actually had some red stuff food particles on it. The waitress had already walked away so when she returned I asked if she could return with some clean utensils which took up quite some time to come back with. So we ordered an appetizer of the table-side guacamole, being that it took our waitress quite some time to come back by the time she returned we decided to go with the two for 20 special, now with that special you’re not able to get the table-side guacamole, I asked if there was anyway to substitute and pay the difference but unfortunately there wasn’t. Now if you see the picture I posted we ended up getting chips and salsa because she forgot to bring the side of guacamole. **Next my actual meal I’ve ordered this before the spicy chipotle crispy critters, just basically chicken strips that are breaded and have chipotle sauce on them that given that spicy taste, for some reason today what I got was a plate full of chipotle sauce and some rather dry chicken crispers, my plate appeared more to look like breading that was overcooked and no chicken in the breading as seen in the second photo that I have posted. **Last but definitely not least the cleanliness of the restaurant, since my utensils were dirty that got me to start to look around as I looked around I noticed the table behind us there was a napkin that was clearly visible on the floor, I watched several waiting staff walked past it walked over it and walked on top of it yet not one stop to pick it up, it appeared a gentleman who might have been the manager for the evening he was wearing a blue polo. I even witnessed him with the broom and a dustpan sweep everywhere just slightly neglecting with a napkin was lying, also seen in the picture that I posted. At checkout time are we just never return to explain how you can use the easy check out option that’s on the table, that’s quite alright since I’ve been to Chili’s before I kind of understood how it worked, being my sister-in-law’s first time she wasn’t sure so I had to explain to her. I like the fact that at the end it off for me a survey for which I did explain everything that I had witnessed and how I felt about my current visit at the restaurant. Will I return… That’s something I highly doubt. One star given because my water was nice and cold my corn the cob was tasty and finally the hostess who walked by after seeing that napkin setting on the floor for pretty much the duration of our visit he went and picked up the filthy napkin and threw it in the trash.

I’m not a huge fan of the«American chain diner» genre in general, but here’s why I gave this Chili’s 4 stars: The service was amazing. I was a little worried that their new«Ziosk» tabletop computers would cause them to reduce the number of waiters and negatively affect the service; it didn’t. I was there during a busy Saturday lunch and I thought the service was top-notch. The Ziosk itself is a nice innovation. First off, you can pay and go on it whenever you are ready. I don’t know how many times I’ve been pissed off at the staff somewhere because I had to wait so long to get or pay the bill. Second, you can re-order drinks(although we never had to use this feature, because the waiter was on the ball with drink refills). You can also use it to order dessert. Actually, I’m starting to wonder why you need a waiter at all. The menu is new again. I don’t eat at Chili’s very often, so there’s almost always a new menu when I go. I appreciate the huge variety of items they serve, and I don’t recall ever having something that was actually bad. This time I tried the Chicken Chipotle Fresh Mex Bowl. The food is where I take a star off of the review and give them 4 instead of 5. It’s also why I don’t generally like the chain diners. The food is decent, but it’s never great. The chipotle chicken bowl was big, colorful, and filling. But it wasn’t spicy in any way(which is what I think chipotle normally indicates). It had a strange flavor that’s a little hard to describe — nothing awful, but a little off. The chicken meat didn’t seem to be very high quality. It reminded me strongly of McDonald’s chicken — soft. I’m not sure if this comes from cooking it wrong, or it’s just low-quality chicken. The bottom half of the bowl was undercooked rice. I get using rice for filler — that’s pretty standard for this type of restaurant — but it wasn’t good rice. I also would definitely not recommend their guacamole. It’s probably good for«restaurant guac», but nothing I would ever eat on purpose. The bottom line is that while Chili’s isn’t somewhere I usually like to eat, it’s a pretty good experience when I do go there. And the amazing service speaks for itself. I just wish the food quality and flavor were a little better.
