Great service. Owner accommodated my schedule even though it didn’t accommodate hers. Did a great job. Highly recommended.

Never have I written a bad review but wanted to let people know before someone else pays top dollar for poor service. I received a quote from the manager for three hours and two women would be cleaning. I also made note of their 25 dollar discount on their website which she said would apply. I needed an overall cleaning on my house and my house is usually cleaned every two weeks so it is in good shape. Well three ladies show up and have no idea what they are scheduled to do. After telling them they all three join together cleaning and chatting the whole time. Now since I was paying 90 dollars and hour I figured they would be much more efficient and professional, very opposite. After three hours they came to me saying time is up and haven’t touched the kitchen or family room and that it would take another hour. I asked them to finish up and leave. When they were done they didn’t mark the 25 dollar cost and after telling them about it on their website they looked blank and had to call their manager. They eventually gave me the discount. When they left I looked over their work and had two toilets that had pee on them and baseboards were a hit and miss. Tall bookshelf never dusted and several other areas. At one point all three ladies were in my master bath together cleaning… And talking. It’s no wonder the kitchen and family didn’t get cleaned.
I called the manager and told her my concerns and she was not apologetic and even told me I should of told them. If she was any kind of a manager and this was a professional business she would of handled it and stuck to her original cost and sent another crew to finish the job instead she made excuses for herself and workers. I do not recommend this company, you are better off with another company or one person who is professional and that can get it done.

This is my first negative review and not typical for me! I am extremely disappointed with Cinderella Maid Service. Not only did they do a poor job in «cleaning» the place, but they had the audacity to charge extra. All the light switch plates had finger prints on them and on the wall around them. The toilet still had visible urine on it in multiple places and obviously was not cleaned thoroughly (shown in the pictures). It is not immediately apparent what they spent two hours doing the entire time. I can see the fridge, drawers, and cabinets were wiped down in the kitchen. The floor was vacuumed and mopped. Some of the moldings were wiped down and the fans dusted. That does not take two hours and means nothing if the toilet is left unclean. I will never use Cinderella Maid Service again and will be sure to tell all my friends.

I have used Cinderella Maid Service weekly for over five years. Roxanne and her crew do an excellent job. They are very responsive if I have a special request and have also cleaned a rental home for us until it was sold. Very thorough, very reliable and I would highly recommend.

Pretty disappointed in the move out clean we had done on our rental house. I was quoted 2.5−3 hours and told the owner we needed a general clean and of particular need of cleaning were the kitchen, refrigerator, baseboards, and windows/​window sills. I got a call almost 3 hours in to the clean saying they were now estimating another 1.5 hours and had just finished the bathrooms. They had not yet touched the kitchen or living area, which I let them know in advance was my biggest concern.
I understand the house was dirty and was told their approach is very detail-​oriented. I also understand an estimate is just an estimate. However, no matter how stained sliding glass bathroom doors are I still don’t understand spending almost 3 hours on 2 bathrooms (one of which was a standard shower, no glass doors).
I really wish they had started with the requested areas and tried a little harder to stay within the quoted time frame. I was put in the position of asking them to please finish the best they could within 30 min. to stay somewhat on budget. And left with a kitchen, windows, and window sills that are not clean. The exact problem I called for… Being that I live out of town these are not very easy problems to fix.
