Circle K

I really wish this Circle K location was better because it’s probably the second most convenient one for me to get to on the way home. But a lot of the time, I’ll take the extra few minutes and go to the Broadway/​Harrison location instead, because it’s better.
This Speedway location is always dirty, especially by the soda fountain area. My shoes stick to the floor more often than not, and that’s disgusting. There’s no where to put your drink down after you fill it so you can put the lid on, because there’s splashed soda all over the place. On a drink run not too long ago, there were zero cups stocked, and the employee was unhappy about being bothered to replace them. She was bothered about everything, actually, and she made us feel a little uncomfortable by her nonstop complaining. The clientele is no better, so maybe she has a good reason to complain. We were in here once when a guy in front of us was carded by the cashier for his alcohol purchase. Well, he didn’t have his ID (surprise, surprise), so he stormed out while calling the cashier the «N» word. Another surprise to see him jump in a giant beat up pickup truck, but that’s besides the point. Or maybe it’s not. This place is a dump so it attracts garbage like that.
Everything about this Circle K just sucks, except the location. Even the parking lot is a pain. It’s not in the best condition in places, and the parking is awkward on the Camino Seco side. I’ll end up at this Circle K again, but only because I’m short on time and in a real hurry.

I’m so tired of going into this store and having it be so filthy dirty and unstocked. Finally decided I needed to complain, but the CK website is ridiculous to circumvent. So, am complaining here for all to see. Just today I went in and ALL… ALL… ALL the XL foam cups were out. Was there around 6p. the guy behind the counter did take the time to refill, but… there is no reason that ALL the cups are out. There were animal crackers on the counter where the fountain machines were. Pop/​Soda was spilled all over the place… just filthy! This is not a one time occurance. Had I not NEEDED the drinks, I would have walked out, as I have done in the past.
