Carl Moore is detailed, thorough, professional, respectful, and just a class act, all around. We have hired him repeatedly, and he earned our business right from first visit.
He removed carpet stains that the previous company could not remove.
He carefully sealed ducts and wiped/​vacuumed the area after finishing.
He was on time and his work clearly shows his sense of ownership.
He is upfront and genuinely concerned about how to care for specific surfaces.
He isn’t pushy with selling extra services and does not cut corners.
He is just a pleasant person to work with.
