First off. The people that work here are sales employees which means if you go in there looking for a bed they will tell you that a nice samsung french door refrigerator would accent your new bed haha. No but they are great. I have done 2 contracts with them. Both times i got 1 year same as cash so the no interest was nice. The process was slightly painful the 2nd time but thats cause i forgot i had to sign more papers than when i bought my car haha. Its not a all day process but give it a couple hours. Nice people and the websites makes it easy to make payments.

After 3 hours of waiting and waiting and waiting 3 told I’ll be getting my test tomorrow an hour later I am being told that they don’t carry it anymore the manager was unwilling to lower the price of the next desktop which was only $ 30 down I cancelled my contract with them very unhappy very dissatisfied and I recommend no one shop here the salesperson was a good person I don’t blame this on him I blame this on the upper management a loss of a $ 600 sale reeling when no one else was in the store today oh well here I come Sam Levitz

Heard many rumors and was very cautious about even going to this business. However all rumors are false. I went in met my salesman wonderful gentlemen not pushy at all. I was expecting a used car salesmen environment. I want to tell you I will definitely return to this store. I use Best Buy before over the years heard about this place, and I am very happy. Strong friendly family feeling here. My Salesman Dave Griego was awesome very professional ended up selling me a television for less and I went in for the more expensive. Showed me a better and less expensive television. That never happened to me. The general Manager at the store went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and treated well. Store clean staff polite. Just nothing but good things to say here!
