From a customer service perspective, these people have no clue on how to service a customer. It was a dreadful experience just to be on the phone with them. After asking a few questions and getting half-​full responses, the customer-​service wanna-​be rep lady proceeded to hang up on me. I may be judging the company too harshly based on the actions of one front-​line employee but that is why customer service is important.

Do NOT use this company! Fraudulent Company! They provide a rate quote of $ 1050, we call 2 weeks later to get the box moved and they are now telling is rate have increased to extra $ 1000, rate is now at $ 2000. We understand rate changes, which usually is due to Fuel Surcharge, however, definitely is not an extra $ 1000. We called and ask for a terminal manager to assist us, her name supposedly is Monica and yet she does not even come into the line to try to resolve this issue. Very disappointing!!!
