I feel really bad, what just happened came and went so quickly I couldn’t even think about it fast enough. Our cooler was making this really loud whirring noise, and I call them to see if they could get it fixed. The guy came, went up to the roof, fixed it, told me what the problem was, all within 5 minutes. Since it was a small matter, he didn’t even charge me. I felt really bad afterwards and probably should have at least tipped him, but he left soon after. Either way, the service was great and I will definitely call them again the next time our cooler has any problems.

I really like service people that show up exactly when they are scheduled! They called when they were 20 minutes out. Did a full inspection of my cooler and diagnosed and fixed a wiring issue in minimal time. Both technicians were very friendly and good at explaining what had been done. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs evaporative cooler services.

I’m very satisfied with the Cooler Guy’s service. He is always prompt to return my calls and he is courteous and respectful to my home and time. I couldn’t survive the summers or winters without his service to my swamp cooler or heater! I can’t comment on his rates since the property manager takes care of that — but I would guess that they are reasonable since they use him year after year. I also really like that this business is locally owned and operated.
