Cost Cutters

I have been going to this salon for haircuts probably for 3 years now. The first time I stopped in my stylist was Kelly, the manager. I was so impressed with this lady because she asked what I wanted, actually listened, and then performed the cut exactly the way I wanted it. The biggest complaint I have (and listening to others it’s much the same for them) is that some stylists really don’t listen. That is not the case at this particular Cost Cutters. Kelly has instructed her staff similarly so that they all listen to what you want. I have never seen an unhappy customer at this location. The atmosphere of this salon is pleasant, light and happy. I keep returning because the quality of the cut is superb, and Kelly is such a bright and bubbly person. My husband also goes to this location, and says every stylist has done a great job cutting his hair. You could go to some chi-​chi salon and pay a lot more, but I question whether you would get a better cut or advice on hair care.
