I will never go to a cost cutters again, especially not this one. My haircut was too short and the color was all wrong. My roots were red and the rest of my hair was brown! The lady was nice but she clearly didn’t know exactly what she was doing or just didn’t listen to me.

I have been coming here for the past 3 years or so and only recognize one surviving stylist every time I visit in 2 – 3 mo increments. I usually always get the same consistent quality cut but was butchered a previous time I went in when the beautician got chatty and forgot I asked for clippers to trim the back and sides not shave me like I’m going to boot camp. Make sure you state what you want and be clear. Good hair product sales sometimes too.
