Creative Vapor

I’m from NY, where vaping is a much bigger thing.
They have a decent selection of juices in here. I’m sure this is nice for some people, but personally I would rather they fill up the store with a larger selection than have couches and pool tables that weren’t being used. They don’t offer many box mods compared to the stores I’m used to.
They do however, sell 120ml of max VG EJuice for only $ 20. That’s the best price I’ve seen ANYWHERE, online or in a B&M. I will keep coming in for the juice, but I probably won’t be buying any mods here on account of the small selection and high prices.
I understand that B&M stores have higher costs than the online ones, but from a consumers standpoint upgrading a mod, tank, or RDA will be done at the lowest price, especially with most online vape stores offering free shipping. In an emergency where my equipment breaks, I’d probably smoke cigarettes for 3 days until the new mod came, because the price difference is so great!

No good. They retail their products. Which is fine, we all need to make a living. However, when you are profiting/​retailing. You must stand behind the products you are retailing/​selling. Not direct your customer to the retailer when the product is defective. That’s your job. I’m a business owner that profits through retailing. If there is a problem. I absorb the hassle, expense and inconvenience. I don’t expect my customer to. That’s my job. Hence, they want the money in the sale. But after that you are SOL

I was in for the first time 3 weeks ago (11÷3÷2015) to the Campbell location. At first, one of the owners was kind of stand-​off-​ish, but I didn’t think much of it. We got our juice, and went on our way.
The juice was awesome! Tasted Great! Vaped great! Thought everything was going to be great…
On 11/​10/​2015 we ran out of the juice we got on Campbell and went to their new location on Broadway on 11/​15/​2015 for a new bottle. My wife and I filled our tanks and instantly noticed that we had no flavor. We let it steep for 3 days (as recommended by the owner) and then tried again on 11÷18÷2015… still no flavor.
So today, 11/​22/​2015 I take it back to ask if they can do anything with it. When I approached the owner and started telling him my problem, he instantly went on the defensive. He tasted the juice and said he tasted what it was «supposed» to taste like. Then tried to tell me I had «vapor’s tongue». When I tried to reason with him and tell him that wasn’t the case, he still wanted to argue. He even had his employee taste the juice just to try and prove a point.
I have been vaping for a long time. I know what vapors tongue is and how to avoid it. I didn’t vape that particular juice for WELL over a week which is more than enough time to have it «out of my system».
I have had problems with other juices from other places in town and I have NEVER had a problem getting a replacement and have never had an employee (or owner for that matter) argue with me. Now I will say, I am going to let this juice sit for 2 weeks and then try it again. If indeed it does taste like normal and is flavorful again, I will personally go and apologize to Creative Vapor for this review and say i was wrong, but I highly doubt that will happen.
Unfortunately, they just lost a customer (a customer that spends a LOT of money on juice and equipment) and it had nothing to do with their equipment, prices and juice; it had everything to do with their customer service. Shame on you Creative Vapor…

So, my e-​cig charger apparently wasn’t working because it died on my way to work. I had been by Creative before for juice that I thought was good, and since it is close to my workplace I stopped [IE ran] in. Dakota, the amazingly helpful
andattentive agent rushed to me right away, which is an automatic plus for me as a lot of these vapor locations think that they are bars and sit around vaping rather than attending to customers. He asked me if this was an emergency and I said, «YES!» and he was able to find the correct battery for me. He was super nice, took care of me right away, and friendly in general. This is both on my way to work and home and I have a feeling I will be stopping in a lot more. Thank you, Dakota, for showing us all what customer service is all about! You have definitely earned yourself a loyal customer

Great shop, the owners are very friendly and the juice is made on demand. It’s my go to ecig arrest shop in town. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for juice or supplies.

Wish I lived closer for the choice of juice but I was told they will ship… add one star!
The customer service was amazing even though they were busy… add one star!
They spent time educating us on the vape world since we we are total vape virgins… add 2 stars!
My cartomizer was jacked up and he pieced it together with other parts that were working at the time but 2 weeks later they’re not working correctly… minus one star!
Overall they’re awesome and I’ll be calling or emailing to see if we can straighten out issue but with top quality customer service, I’m not too worried!

Absolutely phenomenal juice, great guys to work with they are amazing. You can customize any juice or make your own which is unheard of in this town. When you need juice head to creative vapor.

Been coming here for over a month now. The guys here are very chill, friendly, and knowledgable. They have a nice selection of vaporizers and mechanical mods.
In terms of juices they have a pretty large selection as well. What I like is you can see them mix your juice in front of you. They show you and tell you what’s going into it. Of course most people who vape already know their juice contains VG and PG. But for some reason all the other stores I’ve been to mix in a non visible room. Makes you wonder why and are they hiding something? Maybe being able to see them mix the juices is a psychological thing, but I like it. Also their mix ratio is generally higher on the VG side than competitors. For example, for a mechanical mod they are 80/​20-​VG/​PG.
