I go to Butterfield location for 3 yes. Have different system in last few weeks. Sucks 30 people wait while 1 row gets cleaned up. Instead of quick hour visit its now close to 2. Will not recommend anymore

I went to the Ina location and Amanda did the ore screening process and randy did the actual donation. It took a lot longer than I had expected but the representatives were telling me that they have never had that many first time donors in such a short period of time. So there were a lot of people doing the screenings. The actual donating process went flawlessly. I enjoy it as much as one possibly could. Everyone treated me with great respect and the place looked very clean and sanitary. I will definitely be going back for a second donation!

Visited the Ina location today just to see what the process consisted of. Joelle was the representative that tried to assist me. Very crowded; it looked like people were waiting over an hour for the process to start. It smelled badly but the clerk, Joelle was foul smelling. I’m not sure if it’s the atmosphere, but her breath was staggering. I asked a few choice questions, which she struggled to answer. Perhaps her supervisor should suspend her employment until she learns the ins and outs of her position. It really was the worst customer service and I quickly learned that ignorant people are the ones employed here. I would not trust the establishment if they cannot answer simple elementary questions. I also observed her struggling with other clients. Of course, the atmosphere was something to avoid. If you want to donate blood; use Red Cross.
