As a former employee of CSP, I will add that the owners are genuinely great people and it’s a blast to work with them. They offer flexibility to their employees and also do their best to schedule customers in a timely manner. Mike is CONSTANTLY on the phone to provide excellent customer service and will assist customers after normal work hours if that is what the customer prefers/​requires.
As for the pool cleaners and service techs, each employee has a cool, relaxed personality and everybody really enjoys speaking with customers.

Mike the owner is the person you want to deal with. He is very knowledgable on his business. John his pool attendant is one of the best pool cleaners around. Knows how to clean a pool.
