I previously posted on Google about CSA, there were many outstanding items at this location. The review read as follows: «…Unfortunately, it seems likely that if you show interest in one of the items in order to test ride it you will be required to what can only be compared to entering the borders of North Korea. My partner and myself went to this location to test ride a used Polaris Slingshot. Upon parking we were greeted by a young sales guy, and when we stated our interest we were not taken to see the item. Instead we were taken inside to fill out paperwork after paperwork while they attempted to show us other items and ask about the sincerity of our interest in the Slingshot. In the end, after filling out credit score information and talking dollars and cents my partner indicated that he would like to test ride the item before going forward with money discussions. The loan officer then said to us that they were in the business of selling the motorcycles not a „budget rental.“ Then further instructed us to take our business elsewhere. If I could give this business a no star, no class rating I would…» I want to make sure that as many people possible understand the business model of this location. I gave myself several months before writing the review in an attempt to calm down, but have only continued to fume over the rude actions and comments of a this retailer. I also didn’t mention in my Google review, but the owner was actually at the site and met me and my partner, which leads me to believe that he condones such conduct with his employees. He was actually in the office with the loan officer before the employee came out to sneer and give us his snide comment about being a «budget rental.» Shame on all of you.

I found a motorcycle they were selling online. Went in to look at it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The next day I went in to buy the motorcycle and they got me in and out of their in just over an hour. A lot faster than another local dealer. There was no pressure, they answered all my questions and they offered a fair price for my trade in.

I have no affiliation or interest in this business. They did my tires in three hours, mounted, balanced, and done on time. For a decent price. I’ve been doing business with them for 8 years, never a problem. Sorry some have not been satisfied, but I’ll continue to use CSA – they beat the mega cycle mart up the road!

Went in a couple weeks ago just to pick up some tuning merchandise for my bike, not really to spend a lot and was very happy with the customer service and pricing. Should have come here sooner. Nice place.

These guys are a complete rip off. They have no skilled mechanics. Took my forks to get new seals. A month later, leaked and had another mechanic review the work. Found out that my copper oring was missing(one leak) and the fork oil seal was over pressed(another leak) with tear marks from the cheap tool they found to use. Owner probably just hiring people who can push his over priced used bikes in and out every morning. «New building– The high interest loan business for motorcycles must be good.» Do not come to this guy! I am not the first to hear this. I’ve ran into several people with the same issues. You’ve been warned… Good luck!

Update. A few weeks later the service manager, Freddie(now) called me. He apologize for the lack of customer service on their part and would love to reconcile by offering to give me the fender plus a discount on a future service. I called and asking for Freddie a few days later. I needed a new battery for another quad of mine, he seen that they had one in stock and awaited my arrival. I met up with him. His demeanor was positive and his professional attitude swayed my misgivings on my return back to CSA. I got the fender they ordered plus the battery for free. I really didn’t need the fender, but I truly appreciated their effort to right a wrong. The phone call alone was most appreciated. All is forgiven and I will bring my quads back for servicing.

This place is family, that is how they make you feel when you walk through the door. I have bought two motorcycles from here got great deals. If you are looking for a bike go see Ron Lambert, or Phill. Parts go see Buffy. Service go see Jim. Love this place, sometimes I go in to just check out motorcycle, and they are still friendly and don’t try to run me out like the feeling you get at Ride Now or other shops.

When I need parts for my motorcycle or need some help with it I can come to cycle ski and ATV for advice on it. They will price mach all parts. They have really good deals on tires and they will mount and balance in the same day also. The stuff is very nice and not pushy at all like over at ride now.

I’ve used CSA several times to install mc gear(pipes, horn replacement windshield), oil changes and to buy apparel. They are an honest shop with fair pricing and their staff are willing to help without looking down their noses. I plan on giving them my business.
