I think I honestly just met the nicest people ever!
I, like most, truly dislike going to the dentist. I needed to get an estimate on an extraction, did some research and came across Ideal Dental.
As soon as I stepped into the office I felt nothing but kindness and what felt like genuine concern for my pain and the health of my teeth.
The dentist introduced himself by first name and I was so surprised I failed to tell him mine but he already knew. He did mention some other mouth issues and concern about those (cavities) but didn’t make me feel like a terrible person for neglecting my teeth. Actually he said I have nice teeth which I hear often but its nice when a dentist says it!
I was quoted a fair price, given an appointment for Monday and was on my way with a complimentary tote bag.
I’m feeling a lot less anxious about this extraction as I know I will be in good hands with Ideal Dental. Ive never had a more pleasant experience.

I had an exceptional experience recently with Dr. Williams and his staff. I am not from Tucson, so when my crown came out while hiking I had to start the daunting task of finding a reputable dentist that didn’t break the bank. After calling around to several dentists that I found here on Unilocal I was noticing a trend with «mandatory» x-​rays and other costs of services that did not even include the crown being cemented back in, which is all I required. I settled on Dr. Williams when I was finally told over the phone that there were no mandatory x-​rays before any work was done, and that if one was needed they would do only the tooth that was needed for a much lower price. I was glad that I made the decision to go here. The staff is very friendly and did their best to make me feel comfortable, because no one likes going to the dentist! The final bill ended up being just a little over what others were charging just for the cost of the x-​ray. Dr. Williams was very professional, and I was even able to make an appointment for that day. I could not have had a better experience at a dentist. Thanks again.

I visited Dr. Williams office because it is right down the street from my house. I have never liked going to the dentist and have never had a great experience. This office was so easy and comfortable. Dr. Williams is a very knowledgable and funny young dentist. The hygienist and assistants made it an easy visit and I will definitely be going back ! Already have my next appointment scheduled.

since moving to arizona, i haven’t been to the dentist. that’s 2 years! i tried to go last year when i finally received dental coverage from my work, but, a lot of dentist offices wouldn’t take the plan i had.
a mailer came to my mailbox with dr. william’s office on it and i decided to give them a try. i was very excited when they said they’d take my insurance! the mailer had a promotion, either free teeth whitening or $ 1 exam (with x-​ray/​cleaning).
since my insurance takes care of the x-​ray/​cleaning part, i decided to try the teeth whitening (who doesn’t need a brighter, whiter smile?!).
when i arrived at the office, i was glad to see that their office was nice & tidy. the receptionist was great at helping me with any questions i had while filling out their forms before i saw the doctor.
the dental hygienist was great. she has only been doing her job for a little over a year. she took the necessary x-​rays and then got to cleaning my teeth. this was the most gentle teeth cleaning i’ve ever received!
at the end, dr williams came in to take a look at my x-​rays. unfortunately, i had a few cavities to be filled.
a few weeks after the initial visit to dr. williams, i had my cavities taken care of. dr. williams and his dental assistant put me at ease, always checking on me during the procedure. i also had nitrous oxide for the first time, and i think that helped the situation a lot. i was just floating on cloud 9 throughout the procedure.
after all the fillings were done, they sent me home with my teeth whitening kit. they took impressions the first time i saw them and had them ready at this appointment. as i write this review, my teeth are getting whiter!
i would highly recommend dr. williams’ office & team if you’re on the east side of tucson! i already have my next appointment set up for my 6 month cleaning!
