We used Davis to fabricate and install new, quartz, counter tops in our kitchen. I would rate Davis’ showroom, their product selection and sales staff as excellent. In contrast — and unfortunately — Davis’ installers were not up to par. That, in combination with Davis’ relative high price, resulted in a job which turned out to be less than stellar. What was most disappointing was that once we had paid the bill, Davis was not at all responsive to us — -this, despite several communications by us endeavoring to resolve our dissatisfaction. I do not recommend Davis Kitchens for remodeling work.

Davis Kitchen company is amazing. They offer numerous styles and finishes. Yvonne Zobel was great she took time to help us and explain the differences. Great Job! The Install was also great! The Gentlemen that did the install were exceptional! Thank You, Ada Marie & Mark C.

After running the many competitors I was thrilled when I spoke with them on the phone about a very specific high-end countertop that we were set on, very professional and responsive. When I got the quote I was shocked that the cost was almost double of most and at least 25% above the rest. I gave them another shot just to make sure they did not make a mistake but the message was clear… no haggling. Okay, Lowes it is… I tried to buy local!

We did a kitchen redo and the were top notch. Kim helped us and was patient and informative on the design and selection. She also helped us an coordinated with the appliance folks at Westsar. Rick the installer was wonderful and did a great job, a real craftsman. The granite installers were also very good.

Davis Kitchens installed an entire kitchen in a house we built a few years ago. The installation process was painful enough as when we did our final walkthrough we discovered several cabinet faces did not match. Furthermore, we had two cabinets that opened the incorrect way and caused interference. The installer had to make repeated visits to our house to correct the work. Each time my either my wife or I had to take off work to meet him. Davis Kitchens ultimately sent out their shop manager to correct the issues. He was no brighter than his installer. Over the past several years we have continually tightened loose hinges and had to reglue a few of the cabinet boards that have worked loose. Also, all of the areas where the installer used the blemish covering crayon are now wearing off and the blemishes showing through. We tried to get resolution through BBB and the president of Davis Kitchens, Lawrence Mulcahy, responded in a very unprofessional, and immature manner. We realized then that this was not a business we would every recommend or use again.
