Currently in a dispute with them regarding an air purifier they assured us would cut down on dust, odors and above all, allergies. We could tell no difference in air quality. We were«told»(should have had it in writing-not trustworthy) we had 60 days and it states on the Air Scrubber folder 100% customer satisfaction. We called and emailed within the time frame to have the system removed. They did not respond until we sent a more forceful email and phone call. Shame to have to resort to that to get a call back. Guess the reason for no response was that they had no intention of taking the thing back. Danny came out and told us they will disconnect the unit but will not remove it. We had to file a dispute with our credit card company. Months later the credit card company ruled in our favor. Yes, we did get our $ back. They persuaded us to purchase duct cleaning service whereby all ducts would be cleaned/sanitized and the dryer vent as well. The dryer vent was not cleaned. We’ve had continual problems with the dryer not drying. Hired another company to come out and they promptly unclogged the heavily packed vent. Nothing like paying for a service twice! Since we have a maintenance contract with this co they sent a man out to check our unit. I must say he was most personable, thorough, and explained all he was doing. Thus, I gave them another star.
