Really like the products. My wife loved the new latte caramel square. But I asked whether they had refills on the coffee, and the answer was«yes.» But the way they define refills is that you order and pay for a completely new cup of coffee, except they use the same cup. Some places do not charge for refills, some have a lesser charge, some tell you up front that they do not have refills. Had I known they did not have refills, I would have ordered a larger size for $.20 more rather than $ 1.61 more. They wouldn’t do anything to accommodate me.

The donuts are pretty good if fresh. The service is great here. The atmosphere is part fast-food, part coffee-shop, with some comfy chairs and short tables in one area. I had a sausage and egg bagel, and it was awful. The sausage tastes like chemicals, and the egg white was mush, like it was formed powdered egg whites. Stick to the donuts.

Luke warm coffee and it tastes watered down, weak. Not good Dunkin coffee. What a shame. They care more about making money, so they think, than repeat customers.

It’s a DD. Just like any other… Except this one runs out of donuts a lot, and messes up your order frequently. We’ve been in 5⁄6 times in the last year, and one or both problems have popped up on all but our first visit… I’m happy to have the new business out here, but they really need to work on a few things.

How does Matt T know how easy this job is? It seems like all this guy does is criticize fast food workers. Most of which are our local youth trying to take some responsibility with their first job. Some compassion. I know this is Unilocal, but come on. Anyways, as I said before, a fat kids dream. Breakfast sandwiches are on point, and the munchkins are amazing. 25 for six bucks isn’t bad either. I haven’t been inside the facility so I can’t comment on that, but updating my review to tell these guys to keep their heads up. Not all of your patrons are D bags. Only some. As in everything.

We received the wrong donuts through the drive thru on multiple occasions. Only ordered 4 donuts. Strawberry doesn’t sound like chocolate. Receipt is correct but order is wrong. The employees’ lack of attention to detail is obvious. This is an easier job than most fast food places. No reason for these kinds of mistakes.

Katie is super sweet. However, don’t advertise things you always run out of. Or better yet, MAKEMORE! I wish there was another donut place around here. There coffee used to be good. I’ve tried them all, butter pecan latte is the only good one. So I only go when they have that, but I think I’ll be skipping them now too.

The convenience from Rita Ranch is awesome. The donuts are fresh & tasty. Go in the morning if you want to get your favorite flavors, the popular ones go fast. I never use the drive-thru, I’d rather go in & visually pick out a dozen with my grand girl, Jada. I don’t know who get’s more pleasure going in, Me or her… lol, I feel like a kid in a candy store.

This location has only been open 5 days, but I’ve been everyday so far. Mainly through the drive thru, but today I came inside. Each time I’ve been, it has been fast service considering how incredibly busy they are. And they have been very friendly. I have had a couple of issues with trying to use coupons/rewards, or paying with the app, but they are still learning and figuring it out. The donuts and sandwiches have been fresh and the drinks have been consistently good. Overall, I’ve been pleased. Totally happy to have them in the area! And I’m sure it’s only going to get better.

This is your typical DD. They have lots of donuts and coffee drinks. My wife and I just wish they had the true Dunkin’ Donut(if you are not from New England then you do not understand)

Wait until the hoopla has died down before heading to DD. Place is packed and the staff isn’t prepared to get slammed like this. I think it’ll be fine once the excitement of a new restaurant opening in Rita/Vail dies down. Currently we have been waiting for over 20 minutes to get our order. They ran out of munchkins too.
