I reserved a non smoking room and they gave us a smoking room. I talked to the front desk person that we wanted a non smoking room, they said all rooms are smoking room. Also there is no such as flat screen television as shown on bulletin board. Have to request for towels. Not recommend!

We asked for extra pillows, which came without cases. The shower smelled of bleach and mold. We asked for a late checkout, on a Monday, and the guy smiled while shaking his head. Never again.

I picked this hotel because it was close to the Hospital where my brother is being treated. Unfortunately once I checked into my room I discovered stained linens full of hair. It was a disgusting sight to realize that not much care is taken into maintaining a clean and hygienic hotel room. I asked the clerk for my money back but I was declined. It was late and I needed rest, at this point I just wanted out of this hotel and left to check into the Holiday Inn in Marana, AZ. I did not use the room and I feel I should receive a full refund for the money paid upfront for 1 night stay. I don’t usually leave comments/​complaints but I feel this situation warranted. I look forward to hearing from the hotel manager/.

Upon checking in with tired and hungry children at 6 pm we were given a hotel room that was never cleaned nor made up. The staff didn’t communicate that to the front desk. When asked for an extra pillow to accommodate my three children I was refused and then when we (4) four paying customers arrived at the alleged FREE Continental breakfast during the (2) two hour window there were NO Donuts, No Cereal and No Coffee.

You get what you pay for I guess. We booked this last minute for the homecoming game, and we wanted something close to the university.
Bed was uncomfortable. Room, was neat and seemed clean, till you looked a little closer… then you realize, maybe not so clean.
It is what it is.

Econo Lodge on 6^th Ave in Tucson, AZ is a dump! We found a syringe cap in our bed! Which was made but sheets were not clean. There was no tp in the bathroom & the toilet & shower curtain were DIRTY! We fought for our refund &went to Motel6 on Ina Rd. Motel6 was awesome!
