Absolute best place in Tucson for ALL your vision needs. After seeing numerous eye doctors in Tucson for a specific issue I have, I had given up hope that anyone could help my needy little eyes. Dr Barry is amazing. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable, thorough and detailed, and his staff is very friendly and helpful. I cannot express how happy I am with the service I have received. Thank you Dr. Barry for all your help! You have gained a lifelong client.

Dr Barry is very knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnostics and explaining with great detail his findings and treatment. The staff is very professional and caring. Good selection of frames, would like to see them stock Maui Jim frames.

Dr. Barry is the best. My annual eye exam is thorough and Dr. Barry explains everything. Everyone on the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have recommended him to a number of people. I have gone to Dr. Barry for quite a few years and plan to continue to do so.

Dr. Lindsey was excellent! So were ALL the staff, front desk girl super nice and friendly. They make you feel welcomed. Dr. Lindsey also had a lot of knowledge and was very thorough in her examinations. Their exams were easy, gentle and effective, she gave me information on things I had never thought about. The MA’s who screen you before the doctor sees you were also very friendly & personable. Super clean, frame display all organized, wide selection. they also were extremely knowledgeable on my Vision Care insurance, they knew all the fees, discounts, specials etc. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I saw Dr. Patel for an annual eye appointment. She answered my questions and was very attentive and thorough. I asked her questions and she took the time to educate me on a deeper level. I really appreciate her care. The front staff was pleasant and helped me pick out a set of new eyeglasses that suited my face. The prices are affordable and can be compared to Costco and other retailers for eyeglasses.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. The doctors (Patel and Barry) have a lot of knowledge and are very thorough in their examinations. They offer treatments that are easy and effective for good eye health.
The selections of frames can be better, but the quality of the lenses is superb!

I’m a new patient and I just had my exam with Dr Barry. I was impressed and felt cared for as he was very detailed. I chose Dr Barry because of others’ Unilocal comments. Based on how good Dr Barry is, I expected better treatment from his staff. So far I feel like a number and not a person.

I really like this practice. It’s small (which I like most of all) and it received really good reviews. Dr. Patel was my doctor and I enjoyed her attitude and spunk. She was very friendly and informative. I also enjoyed seeing her interact with her staff. They are very accommodating and informative. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because of their eye glass frame selection. I wish they had a few more different styles. I will definitely be going here for years to come.

My son and I have been seeing Dr. Barry since 2013. He and his staff have been professional, warm, informative and accommodating. I got diagnosed with cancer in 2014 and after receiving chemo my vision deteriorated but Dr. Barry ensured I received the best care and he has helped me adjust to the effects of chemo on my vision. I am extremely thankful. We have only had one billing problem that was quickly handled. Hats of to the team!

His staff is tenured with a genuine and professional approach. The consistency in the delivery of service is impeccable. A well oiled business and practice. I am a huge fan!

Dr. Patel is an excellent, thorough optometrist in the Tucson area. Having worked in this field, I’m very particular about who we see and how they care for my eyes. I appreciate Dr. Patel’s caring attitude, willingness to spend a good long time with her patients, and her thorough examinations. Her tech, Jessica, is awesome too. 5 stars here!
The terrible downside to this office is the front desk staff. I have been in twice. The first exam, they lost my contact order. Then it was on back order, which they failed to inform me of. Then when it came in, they didn’t call. This went on for months! This time, they called twice before the appt (the appointment that was constantly rescheduled by them and their online scheduling service… argh) to ask why my insurance had «lapsed.» I had changed insurance and noted all the information when I initially scheduled the appointment. Each time the person chastised their coworkers for not putting it in the notes. Then I went to check out after the exam and my bill reflected the price of them billing my old insurance! Gah! The lady said… you guessed it… that nobody had made a note of it. Extremely frustrating and unfortunate.1 star.
So all together, this place gets 3 stars from us. If the incompetent staff doesn’t scare you off, the doctors are definitely worth the visit.

I’ve been going to Dr. Barry for about 10+ years now. He is always thorough and professional. He is the best there is. I moved out of state and still come back to him for my annual visits — would not go anywhere else!!!

Interesting «American Indian» décor in the lobby and friendly front office hides the fact that they actually have a very advanced office with modern technology that is digital instead of manual devices and tests that I have seen for years. Dr. Flint did my exam and she was awesome, very nice, reassuring and easy to talk to.
Normally I go to a new eye doctor every year because I need one that’s close to work or I find the least expensive one, but I think I’ve found a long term office for me.
They also have their paperwork online so no more forms to fill out in the office, they clearly state all the fees for everything, they helped me find glasses I love, and they set up follow up appointments to check how my new contacts are working out. I have already recommended them to friends.

It is all about selling glasses. I received a prescription that did not work, so I went to a very highly rated ophthamologist. I was told that the prescription was wrong and the reasons given for my problems were wrong. Glad I went elsewhere.
