I hired Familiar Solutions to design my website from scratch and couldn’t be happier! Marc was assigned to my site and he did a great job. I had a couple nightmare situations with craigslist freelancers in the past, and I found that Familiar Solution’s prices fit my budget while also having the expertise and professionalism I was looking for. I have worked with Chase on a very difficult project and he has been right on the mark. He did have a few situations that left a few deadlines in the dust, but it was because of personal situations. Today he continues to work with me to help get me running live, He has created an amazing site, and is always available to talk. He does ask for part of his finances up front bc he is a small company, but in our contractual agreement he is and has done everything he said he would! I am sorry you had such a bad experience, but this doesn’t seem to be the norm as I know he has a lot of very happy clients! He does great work!

Hired Chase to redesign my website which ended up taking months instead of weeks. Instead of completing the site in a timely manner he made excuse after excuse asking for final payment prematurely. When it came time to finish the site and publish he threatened to delete all work unless payment was made before completion. Then said he was not doing anymore work after he received it via PayPal. I now have to hire another web designer to finish up all the failed promises of a cut rate web designer. I have broken links, incomplete pages, and flash images that do no load fast or at all. I would go by the term«you get what you pay for» in this experience. Avoid this firm as you will regret the quality of outcome.
