I had four rooms and a hall of carpet cleaned two weeks ago. The carpet cleaner, Frank, was very pleasant. Initially the carpet smelled nice and fresh and looked clean but after only two weeks the couple of areas which had some spots of unknown origin reappeared. I brought these areas and spots to the attention of the cleaner before he started cleaning. The carpet is only one year old and I live alone so these were not old spots. I contacted Brendan (the owner?) and was told that they do the best they can with the products they have available, do not guarantee that spots will not return, and that the spots are probably permanent and replacement is the only option. What? I’ve never had a carpet cleaner have that attitude. I would not recommend this company and will do more research when choosing a carpet cleaner in the future.
