So today I made a long journey to the store at the Arizona Pavillions … to return equipment that did not work… and something I had that I promoswd to bring back… I was refused service ONLY reason given was I giave a review– they did not like — that was honest and truthful… Although not nice… the truth — now I am sitting out in the cold because Why? The reason I was given is the owner didn’t like my review! Well Owner… that is what happens when you treat customers poorly! Oh I spent almost $ 200 and they now refuse to reaolve the issue… my cool fire is scrathed A TINY little bit… HOWEVER both vapes I purchased DO NOT WORK OR CHARGE … YOU DECIDE are you right as a paying cusromer or are they right throwing a paying honest customer out withoit reaolving the issue??? What is America coming to… sheesh!

THEY MADE DAMN SURE MY CAB FARE WAS WORTH IT TO THEM… TAKING THE PART I PROMISED TO RETURN BEFORE THROWING ME OUT…

Jordan helped us pick out a box mod for the wife (awesome pink one) new batteries and sat with us as we sampled the entire line of flavors!
We are complete newbies and Frank (The «F» in FN vapor) came out to help us out and shoot the $hit. Very friendly and knowledgeable, they patiently sat with us and explained the set up and made sure we knew how to use everything!

I am hooked! It is always refreshing when you meet people who actually, truly, care and reach out to their customers. The quality of their products are amazing, I have not gone to another vape store since I met F’N Frank & Nancy, and starting going to their shop. They are awesome people who stand behind their products and care about their customers. Every time I go there I get wrapped up in the moment, trying new juices, and instead of rushing around, I actually enjoy the experience! Thank you so much!
