I first went to Foothills Computer because it was near my house… no recommendation from friends. I went today for the fourth time and once again was very pleased. Each time they have either fixed my computer quickly and inexpensively or ascertained that I had a very minor problem and did not charge me. And, at one visit I was concerned I needed a new hard drive. It turned out it was something they could fix for a minor charge when I was expecting a much more expensive fix. Today, my desktop wouldn’t boot. He checked it, determine the computer was fine and gave me some tips on figuring out the problem. No charge. These guys are great.

I took my laptop in to be serviced because my daughter had spilled bubbles on the keyboard. The staff were clear as to the process they would take to determine if they could clean the keyboard or replace it. They gave me a quote and also kept me informed along the way (turns out I needed a new keyboard). I got the computer back in a timely fashion and they were very helpful.
