The customer service is ugly. Twice now they were very hard sell and rude. If you can handle the people, the inventory is of good quality. Lane, England, and other quality brands.

I live in another state and was looking for a mattress. Once I found the mattress I wanted, I couldn’t get a straight answer from any sales person or determine what a good price was for the mattress I wanted. This store carries the line and mattress I was looking for, (it’s called Natural Therapy Sleep mattress) so I called them to talk about the prices. The person I spoke to knew I lived in another state and they were not going to get a sale from me and regardless of that fact — he was SO nice and SO helpful and VERY clear. He was better than anyone I dealt with locally. I am extremely grateful for our conversation and I was able to make my final purchase in my area thanks to my conversation with him. I wish I remembered his name. He also had the best price out of all the places I called. And I called a LOT of places.

If you are looking for a mattress I HIGHLY recommend the Natural Therapy Sleep mattress — it’s organic, great for back and side sleepers and pressure relieving for people with back or leg pain. I love it!
