This is the best GameStop in all of Tucson for the fact that they had the best staff if you coming here more than once they instantly recognize you as a returning customer the best part is most of the people that work there game is there life they love to talk shop

This spot is neither yay nor nay. Its the same chain type of location. I want to be able to walk into a place and feel welcomed and appreciated. And they truly slack in customer appreciation. I’m lucky if I even get greeted walking in the door. we went to reserve COD Ghosts at this location and I had recently had surgery on the pick up date and I called to see if my son could go and pick it up himself and a yes or no would’ve been sufficient but no. I was placed on hold and told that if I had someone else pick it up I would pretty much have to notarize something stating that I was allowing this other person to pick up the game. Ummm seriously… so today a few days after release I finally have some energy to get out of the house and that is truly minimal energy since I had knee surgery and we head down to this GameStop. Now as a precaution I sent my better half into the store with my ID just in case and if need be I would get down off the car, but low and behold– they didn’t even ask for my ID! It truly peeves me when people don’t do their jobs right or make up rules. I honestly think I would’ve felt better if they would have requested my presence or my photo id.
